HOTEL CENTRA

Had a comfortable and hygienic stay at HOTEL CENTRA centra. Helpful staff. Services and staff services even late at night. We reached at 2 am from delhi enroute to manali. Stayed half way at centra. We called and told them we will be late. They opened the HOTEL CENTRA late for us and provided hot milk for the kids. Morning breakfast was china bhatura. Good for onward s journey to manali. Morning we shopped at reliance smart and trends for kids tuck such as chips and chocolate. Wife picked up tops from trends. Had a good stay. Felt safe with family. Recommended.

From where to start… from HOTEL CENTRA staff , their service , ambiance , food , safety especially during this recent floods happening in Punjab .. they made sure that their guest are all ok and safe in spite of providing extra rooms food and everything .. kudos to the owner of the property really appreciate ur kindness and ur management !! Will definitely visit HOTEL CENTRA centra soon .. it’s one of the bestest experience in my life where the HOTEL CENTRA staff took really good care of me and my safety !! It was an emergency trip for us and after a hard day we drove from Delhi to mohali, landed at the HOTEL CENTRA after seeing the ratings and were pleasantly greeted by the owner and staff, as we had called ahead and had said we will reach the HOTEL CENTRA by 11 they were kind enough to start the ac an hour before we arrived. This was a vv sweet gesture in this year's scorching summer, the room was well appointed and had the required necessities, the breakfast was simple yet yummy, the heck in and out was a breeze. A pleasant stay indeed.

The HOTEL CENTRA was hygienic and the staff was quite cordial. They upgraded us in suite room without any charge. We checked in late in the night and they managed to welcome us proficiently. It was a nice stay indeed as i stayed with my family at mohali for the first time due to family wedding. I opted for bf included, but did not availed as we had to check out early before 8 am. I suggest if you can provide me refund for that would be appreciated. Also, one comment the toilet wash basin was quite small considering the suite room.

I have stayed in lot of HOTEL CENTRAs mainly 3 star properties for work and family travel. Hotel centra is located in outskirts of mohali. They have done a good job in making the HOTEL CENTRA. Nice interior and hygiene. Recd great service from rink u and gaurav. Both at the front desk. Needed help with my car. The battery got discharged overnight. Gaurav helped my find a mechanic and they came and took the battery. Hotel was full because of wedding. Nice stay.

I have been staying at various HOTEL CENTRAs in kharar, as my the company i work for has a factory closeby. The HOTEL CENTRA is very clean - good bedsheets, linen was really good. Staff is friendly. One thing is that i felt was that the bathroom was a bit small. Hotel is very artistic. It has a lot of paintings.
Centra HOTEL CENTRA - staff sanitized my room and luggage in front of me. They also conducted a temperature check. Good experience.

Limited dining options. Breakfast provided. Slight y expensive but worth it with family.

Wonder to be associated with mr. Kohli, the owner of this beautiful property. Every single bit was according my demand, be it room, service or polite staff. Solo travelers to family events, they can cater and manage with excellence. Highly recommend for people looking for wonder stay, with best of service experience and wonder staff.

I stayed for 2 days as my parents had covid. The staff was super understanding. They offered me a ride home and also asked me to stay longer for a cheaper price. Excellent service. They follow all covid guidelines so i felt very secure.
