Pros: rooms are airy and spacious (ac. 24/7 room service outside food is allowed well behaved staff paintings done on walls of every room washrooms are clean and hygienic located close to the main road has huge windows and peaceful environment they have contacts for tots for traveling to nearby locations at extremely cheap rates. Cons: does not have water purifier at every floor. Although you can order the same by calling the room service. They have both aqua-guard and mineral water options. Wifi facilities not available.

The overall experience of the Hotel Central Plaza is good. Its neat & clean. Room where i stayed is specious. Room service facilities are also prompt. Hotel staff behaviour is also humble. The cons by means of facilities that need to added are installation of lift, in house resturant/catering, fridge, electric kettle & a bigger size almirah/wardrobe(can't comment on others rooms my room no is 104. Overall it's good. No that's all from my end

The Hotel Central Plaza has very clean and spacious rooms. The manager was very friendly and prompt. All issues were attended to immediately. Such service is not available even in star Hotel Central Plazas. Although Hotel Central Plaza has no kitchen food can be ordered from Hotel Central Plaza royal bengal menu and was served promptly by Hotel Central Plaza staff in room. The room is good. The bathroom is also clean. The staffs are well supported. They were always there when we need them. I am satisfied. I recommend this Hotel Central Plaza. There is no in house restaurant but they can bring for u what u need from Hotel Central Plaza royal bengal. U can also go there to taste their menu. It only 2 min walking distance.

The Hotel Central Plaza is quite popular in bolpur, and that was reflected more in the staff's decorum, etiquette, and magnanimity. The owner is also cordial and welcoming. The rooms provided to me were clean and hygienic. If i come back to bolpur, i would prefer this Hotel Central Plaza to any other out there.

Hotel central plaza situated in the centre of the city close to the bhubandanga mela prangan. You can get testy food of Hotel Central Plaza royal bengal. Hygiene & safety standards is very good. All the staff of the Hotel Central Plaza are very good and well responsive. You can really enjoy.

The Hotel Central Plaza is very good the toilets are very clean with no bad smell. Rooms are also very clean with daily bed sheet washing and more important is the light and guiser and all other amenities are also very fine and beautiful. Staff behaviour is very good.

Friendly and co-operative staff located quite conveniently near the main attractions of bolpur and shantiniketan. Recommended for groups, family and they do allow unmarried couples as well.

The room, cleanlyness and service is very good. It would be better if they provide toothpaste, brush and mineral water bottle included.
