There were no proper facilities in the room and also the toilet was terribly maintained. Altogether a very poor experience. Not at all suggested to stay here.

the stuff of the hotel are very good .there behaviour pleasrd us .but the room facilities are not good .rooms are dirty .bed cover and pillow covers are not clean. they not clean the rooms regularly. the location of the hotel is very good .parking system is also very *good conclusion i can say that the cleanliness of the hotel is not up to mark.

Poor quality room at the price point. Non ac room is horrible in summer. I booked at rupees of 934 non ac single room is soo poor quality. And also the room is top floor of the hotel. So thats why it was too hot. I t is not usable in summer. But ac room is average price high

The stay experience was very bad at all. The bedding and pillow were so dirty. Even after asking them to change it, they were given another dirty pillow. The condition of the bathroom was also bad. It was waterlogged. The wall of the room was full of tobacco spit spots. I booked the room with breakfast but in the morning after informing them for breakfast they provided it almost after one and half hours. They said that food facilities are closed in their property but it was active in mmt.

For rajbari tour. Its the best choice. Near nbstc. Good behaviour and co operative staff r there. If i come again to rajbari then i must book this hotel rajbari is very near to this hotel max 500 m. You can go there by foot.

Very poor condition hotel. This hotels room rent rs 400 to 500. 00 maximum. You take from me 1842. 00 this is too much maximum in the sense of hotel condition.

The place is neat and clean, staff was good enough to arrange my onward s trip to assam, my train was at 4am. Mr benoy kumar helped me to reach the station on time. Thank you. Walking distance of 2 minutes from rajbari, the hotel was in bus stand. But without any noise i sleep well. Recommended to business travellers. Location. It's inside the nbstc bus compound. Food. They served me homely cooked food. Chapati roti with chicken, salad, and sweet. Thank you central residency and banquet.
