1 cooler is compulsory And proper neat and clean But his staffs not active because I m calling hotel no. No any one response And one hour later I m calling his manager then he was open the gate so bad Actually when I booked this hotel after few min I was calling the manager I m coming from Aizawl and I m getting late So I m not satisfied

No ot so when i asked them for breakfast which was added with booking, they checked and confirmed about it. They have to inform customer while check in.

Everythings were good except allotted rooms were so congested, due to which we got suffocated and couldn't sleep. Price was high according to rooms.

The condition of the room was good. Staffs were really supportive. Food in the restaurant was also good. There's a negative point that the corridor is full of smoking smell and that's kind of a turnoff but once you start the fan smell goes out of the room. Location was also good. It is 5-6 minutes from the railway station and within the heart of the city. No thanks
