Staff is very rude, there is no any professionalism , manager and waiters are very rude... even nothing you can expect on time

Very ordinary guest lodge type. Run down and poor upkeep of rooms as well as overall hospitality of staff. Open wiring and toilets last renovated 25 years ago. Considering the room rate charged it was not even 20 % of it's worth. Please strictly avoid if u can to avoid disappointment.

It was a great life time experience for me. Food and location were excellent. I enjoyed very much in dharamshala.

the hotel didn't had the dental kit.. very bad experience. The staff take 10 to 15 mns to answer on reception and they are not at all feeling bad... AC was not working properly and they said, that is how it is...

I stayed for 5 days at hotel centre point. The staff deserves praise. Reception, room service & restaurant, housekeeping all had very nice people. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful with breathtaking view of the dhauladhars. Food was good in taste and quantity

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. The most important aspect of the stay was the courteous behaviour of the staff and their service. The roof top restaurant was an added bonus with access to quality food. Recommended.

Needs upgradation in furniture, fittings, linen everything. Service is good, no doubt. Location is excellent.

We had to travel to dharamshala for my wife's phd viva, and stayed at centre point from 28 jun e to 1 july. The hotel is ideally located for those with business in the university or the court or hp-ca stadium. Not only is it ideal for commercial purpose but it also has beautiful views.

Was given a dirty room with used things. It felt disgusting to stay there. Never going back to this hotel. It used to be such a good property but now it feels deteriorated.

Location is great near by market is there. The hotel has to maintain cleanliness.

Very unprofessional staff. Were rude. Specially the receptionist. They don't know how to treat their guests. Careless attitude. Poor communication skills. Don't have basic things like toothbrush. Poor hospitality. Don't recommend to anyone to stay here. I advise to the hotelier. Hire professional staff. Should be polite.

Location is great just 750 meter away from tourist spots and with that beautiful terrace view and excellent food
