Not as good as it looks in the photos. Better options available at same rates in the same area.

On my kashmir trip i stayed in srinagar and pahalgam this hotel experience was very comfortable and pleasant.

Stayed on 18- 19 june 23. Location is at conjusted place. In restaurant, chapatis brought for serve were mix of fresh and stale bunch. Stale chapatis returned. Rice was not cooked properly. Overall restaurant service was very poor. Rooms are very small, poorly lighted, no ventilation in rooms/washrooms. Cockroaches roaming. Rude behaviour of reception person. Washrooms had no soaps, dental kits. Not preferred for stay. Already sent the review.

The best family hotel. Staff is very very cooperative. Walkable distance from dal lake. Very neat and clean.

Nice hospitality. Good food. Near by dal lake. Vehicle provide by hotel is good. Driver mr. Yasirbhai is very good person.

This hotel doesn't deserve even one star, they don't even have heated blankets or room heater in a city like srinagar which has less than 2 degrees temperature. Also the food is not good at all. There are cockroachs all over in the room. Wifi not working. No exhaust in bathroom. Bathroom not as seen in photo, actual bathrooms are like public toilets. Beddings, bedsheets, blankets were dirty and had hairs on them. Please dont book this hotel

Room was not spacious without proper maintenance. Staffs were rude in nature.

Hotel location & staff is good. The breakfast food was finishing fast and the rotation/ replenishment took a lot of time. Otherwise everything else was good

If you are planning to stay for a couple of days you can make arrangements for water bottles from nearby shops as they only provide two small bottles during check in

Property location was fine( we asked for a pickup from airport. We got two rooms deluxe and premium - not worthy, heaters were not working, so they provided electric blanket in our premium room. And if u are a vegetarian u will not like the food there. Find a market nearby to get fruits and better food.

Hotel is nice with good furniture and establishment. But cleanliness of the rooms should be improved. Hotel is having nice dining room but room service should also be provided.

The property is located around dal lake and easy acc as to food joints and market. Quality of the room was excellent. Room heater was provided, lift was a key requirement for me as i was travel-ling with senior citizens. Frequent power disruptions and generator backup was another key element. Definitely recommend this place. People at the property were very responsive and friendly.

Location, food & service is the bed t with 5 star lavel at 3 star cost.

Very impressive service. The hotel staff led by shaukat and team were very courteous and helpful and took good care of us! highly recommend this hotel for future travelers. Very centrally located and will come back again here.

Not a good Hotel for families because they cant serve as well food and behaviour

The service was good. Mr. Ramlal took personal care. Reception was good.

Complimentary breakfast was not provided. No extra bed was provided for third person.
