Great Budget Stay!

Clean, cozy rooms and all the basics covered—comfy bed, hot shower, decent WiFi. It’s quiet, well-located, and the staff is friendly. Nothing fancy, but perfect if you’re looking for a lowkey, affordable stay without sacrificing comfort. Would book again!

Whole night light is not available no power backup in hotel premisis after 12 hours light came in morning at checkout time very poor experience

HOTEL BOOKING IN PALAM PUR

A nice hill station of Himachal Pradesh. Everything moves around Neugal Khad. The water is pumped in plenty for irrigating and domestic needs and same is conserved by draining (as several water falls) back to the Khad. A BOOKING ISSUE: Feedback - the issue was discussed with Customer Service of MMT. First booking for the hill station was for one day and Second booking was for thee more days in Economy Class. On last day of the stay I was told by the Owner around 3 PM that my stay was only for two days and I need to pay for my last day for stay. Similar instance happened with my friend at Palam Pur. I booked through Booking.com for a Home stay, the Owner could not attend as he got delayed at Kumb due to train service. The Kumb Owner cautioned me not to stay anywhere except State Tourism Hotel as the Private Owners are notorious and so many travelers get Cheated by the Hotel Owners. I stayed in Economy Room 104, and had to pay one day extra. stayed for four nights and payed for five nights. It seems the trick is played by showing HouseFull or something similar to fool the Computer booking. At check out register I found no entry after my checkin. The Guests entry is on Cash payment without any record entry. I asked a Guest, the reply was they stay as friend of the Owner.

Sir thank you for loving palampur and sorry but all your bookings were done by you online so the night were four and charged similarly by MMT and the friend in question was my uncle who is a personal guest still with us from Bangalore. Really sorry and apologies for your misunderstanding. And maam had asked us to hold the same room that you had stayed in so we closed the economy room and you booked again seperatly therefore the price diff. You see discounts are given on empty rooms. Next time i will accommodate you so you go happy sirBest regards

Good property at good location still not maintained well.

soloRoom was clean and good enough. Good location point as it's opposite neugal cafe yet not maintained well. Unfortunately it was just me at the property and no food option was available or arranged. Paid for with breakfast charges though they didn't provided anything or even tried to arrange. Sadly have to move out as needed to have extended stay.
