Hotel Chail Residency

The experience at the Hotel Chail Residency was pleasant right from the time we checked in as a family. The process was smooth though we were two hours early. The staff are courteous and are ever ready to help with any need. The Hotel Chail Residency is located on the main road and is not difficult to find. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Overall the stay was excellent with the property being located a short distance from the main chail town. It is an excellent choice for someone who wants to have a peaceful, quiet stay. There is space for parking cars in front of the Hotel Chail Residency lobby.

We upgraded to the superior room and the stay was absolutely amazing. Chail is a beautiful place undisturbed by crowds and it is a perfect mountain getaway for nature lovers. The stay added to our trip and i can't appreciate the Hotel Chail Residency staff enough. They guided us with every information we wanted. They were extremely courteous. The room view is stunning! we witnessed the first snowfall of the season and it was beautiful. We would surely visit this Hotel Chail Residency again! the location is good enough to hike to major places in the village and the food was economical.

We usually compare photos and book Hotel Chail Residencys that's what we did with Chail Residency too. We were three girls travelling we had to make sure our Hotel Chail Residency is good and safe too. Chail Residency has been ticking all our check lists. Safe, convenient in reach, beautiful cosy rooms and on the top clean washrooms. But the best part of this Hotel is their food because you order anything mark my words anything it's delicious. Also the staff is very courteous especially Vicky Ji at the reception. The staff made sure we had a comfortable stay. Kudos to Chail Residency.

Honest reviews: firstly the staff is so humble and cooperative. They listening to all the issues we faced while traveling to the location and guided us properly. Super clean, hygienic and comfortable. The bedding were neat and clean. Although the rooms stay a bit too cool but extra blankets are provided. The view at night is something you don’t wanna miss. Highly recommend this property and will definitely visit again.

Clean rooms, good parking, wholesome food and service with a smile is why i wuodl come back surely to the chail residency. Mr rakesh sharma personally took care of the booking and ensured our stay was made 5. Reception staff sharmaji gave us an overview of chail and helped plan our next day tour. Rajat was great in room service and ensured hot food came to our rooms.

This Hotel Chail Residency has amazing view. With attached balcony gives valley view. Overall great experience. It’s very near to chail military school, chail palace and kali ka tibia so you can cover all places very easily. Very humble staff, nice food. Overall great experience and i will highly suggest to book this place incase you are planning to visit chail.

Good property for stay. Room was clean and daily housekeeping ensures cleanliness every day during stay. Staff behavior was very good. Food quality is good. You won't have to wonder Around for good food. Of course they can add up some more food variety besides standard menu North indian and chinese menu. Overall stay was nice and comfortable.

We were a small group of 2 families. All senior citizens. The Hotel Chail Residency service was excellent. Food including breakfast was tasteful and satisfactory about quality, variety and quantity. The approach road is too steep to walk for us. Service was very prompt. Cleanliness was notable. Garden may be better maintained.

Do not opt for the lower end room. Superior rooms are way better and offer a good view of the Valley. Food is simple and very tasty.

Location of the property is awesome

We travel-led as a couple and this Hotel Chail Residency was way beyond expectations. The location, cleanliness, staff, views, room size and the most important part, the food - all were amazing in the price they are charging. Definitely a 4 star experience for a really comfortable stay in chail.
