Hotel Chaman Palace

I have visited Shimla in the month of Jan in 2020. As I stayed there with my wife. Hotel was on very top on the hill and you have to go by foot to reach to the Hotel Chaman Palace. But Hotel Chaman Palace room was quite nice and comfortable with an amazing wooden interior. Manager of the Hotel Chaman Palace and other staff of the Hotel Chaman Palace were polite. Food quality was tasty. Will advise you to book this Hotel Chaman Palace if you are ready to go on your foot to reach the Hotel Chaman Palace.

Advantage 1. Room are small but clean. 2. Bathroom was clean and spacious. 3. Round the clock hot water was available in bathroom. 4. Hotel staff are very helpful and always ready to assist you. 5. Value for money. Disadvantages 1. Not directly related with Hotel Chaman Palace. Hotel connectivity from main road is little messy and narrow. I would blame to local authorities as they are responsible. 2. Difficult for senior citizens to walk and reach to Mall road.

Hotel location is a bit odd and inside but once you reach inside it is quite satisfying. The staff is very helpful, service was excellent. I enjoyed most was their food. There was a guy PAWAN. He was very co-operative and helped us all the way from Shimla to Manali. He arranged the trip very nicely. His driver Dhirendra and Surendra were very expert and we'll mannered. Altogether it was a nice stay.

We went with family. The Hotel Chaman Palace is located in mall road, Shimla. The vehicle cannot go till the Hotel as the vehicles are not allowed in Mall Road. We had to get down Mall Road. The Hotel staff will send the person for luggage. It will take 5-10 mins. You have to climb and people with aged might feel difficult. The Hotel Chaman Palace service was very good and humble.

You have to walk to reach the Hotel Chaman Palace as no vehicle movement allow there. Food is good. Very prompt service. Excellent cleanliness maintained bathroom. Well behaved staff. 24 hr warm water facility. For room heater paid extra. No surrounding view. Room size small. I will recommend on ground of cleaniness, prompt service, well behaved staff.

Hotel, staff, food are good, rooms are very clean. Only issue I felt was it was blocked from all sides, no open side or valley facing side and it is same for all the rooms as the Hotel Chaman Palace is totally surrounded by other Hotel Chaman Palaces and buildings. I went after Christmas 2019 but felt the rate os overpriced. The stay was good.

Love this place and their hospitality. They were very polite and treated very well from day 1 to the end day. We enjoyed the yummy food. Rooms were very clean and ample space available in the room. They guided us very well about the location and save our money as well. So at the end I can say all about is it's worth for money. Love it.

Hotel was clean and staffs were very nice and helpful. Food was good. Overall a nice experience. Only disadvantage is the location. Not suitable if you have any old or sick person in your family because you have to walk and climb upstairs to reach the Hotel. Otherwise nice play to stay and good budget Hotel near mall Road.

I went in Dec. Hotel is good. Clean rooms, good hospitality, supportive staff, food is also good. Best place to stay.

Near to main mall road of shimla, not too much high, easy to reach. Walking distance from the ridge of shimla.

Good stay with family and child, staff behavior is good and Hotel food is good not excellent.

Staff of Chaman Palace Hotel was fabulous

Facilities at Hotel are very good. Quality of food is very testy. All staffs are very much supportive.

Value for money to book it. Though room was less spacious but fine.

Ok. The chaman palace Hotel Chaman Palace is a decent Hotel Chaman Palace with clean rooms, bathrooms with hot water and situated in the center of the city. The attached restaurant serves delicious food also. All in all a nice place to stay with value for money.

Economical but rooms are little small

Food n room service n way of talking is to good

But only location of Hotel I don't like it as it was deep inside and inconvenient to reach their during snow fall.
