The TV was not working. And the room is very dusty, the bedsheet was wet. Poor experience

Property was ok but I book deluxe room but not the facility of Deluxe at all... Location was good .... And yea the room have ac tv Gixxer but it's definitely not deluxe room that's all

Overall it was an okay okay experience. We stayed in premium rooms. The rooms had all facilities like a working ac, geyser and a tv. But i was not happy with the size of the room and the sound proofing. Couldn't sleep whole night coz my neighbours opposite kept on gossiping loudly the entire night.

The room which was provided to me has no window. The tv was not in working condition. The cistern was defective. There was no cap in the cistern shower.

Hotel chandra tatanagar, is a good 'value for money' hotel. All basic requirements, like lift, clean bed, working desk with drawers, wi-fi, tv, wardrobe, attd. Bathroom with geyser and towels, are taken care of. The manager and attending staff are very cooperative.

I was allocated room no 215, which was not cleaned, termite seen, bathroom dirty.

Unhygienic room and washroom. Unprofessional behavior. Do not have an in-house restaurant. They initially tried to give us smaller rooms which we haven't booked, after a lot of arguments they gave us the actual room which we have booked. According to them they doing us a favor by upgrading our rooms, instead they can simply deny the booking. It's such a pathetic experience

Dirty hotel rooms corridor, bathroom and everything. No services available here. Totally unprofessional maintality. Totally weast of money.
