Hotel Chandra Inn

Room are smalls. Mention mountain view but no view another hotel show. As per price n location useless

The hotel was average, but over charged the price of room. Same hotel was available on very economical prices on other.I have shared my grievance.

Location is good and easy to reach. Staff is cooperative but the only issue is that staff is very limited. Food was great. Overall a good stay

Rooms are squeaky clean, hotel staff are very friendly and prompt in their service.

Property location is good little away from the city but that is good. Hotel food preparation is delicious with fresh preparation. Hotel staff is very cooperative and always available for quick services.

I stayed with family for 3 nights. Pros: the location is good, right adjacent to graphic era university. Lot of daily need shops and chai-maggie points right outside of the hotel. Nearest established market is just 1 km. Hotel has a park where you can even play badminton and similar other sports. Rooms are adequately sized with attached balcony, feels like home. Staff is polite. Cons: there were only 3 people to manage the entire property. One was room service, other was for cleaning and one more was for front office. This staff played in the same ground and no one picks up the call neither at room service nor at reception. They have a big menu but have only 5-6 items to offer on the main course. It will take forever for your food to arrive only after making 3-4 calls for the same. Hotel rain into water problem for two days and the water pressure was not adequate. One of the bathroom fittings came out while in use and staff asked for a payment of it. After a long argument, they agreed to let it go only after accepting a plumber visiting fees. Overall, the 3 star rating is either fake or completely manipulated. Do not pay more than rs. 2000 for this hotel rooms. The service is just worst.

Average location, cordial staff, hygienic and clean rooms. Prior arrangements in the room by the hotel staff could have been better.

Geyser was not working. Food quality was not good and food was veer very costly. Wont recommend this resort

This property is a complete value for money. Things that can get better - the rooms are average and the toilet was decently clean. However the service was quite poor as the restaurant staff took ages to get us basic things. Things that were good - the garden in the property is really pretty and we got some good clicks there. The location is also quite nice. It is 10 min drive away from belpatra cafe that i would definitely recommend for a meal and you can also pick up small trincklets from the souvenir shop nearby.

Nice stay overall except their sofas are very old dirty and torn
Affordable and good stay except they keep poking you by ringing the bell again and again to order dinner. Rest is good and peaceful stay.
