It was a nice experience to stay there. The room are big enough with two single bed along with sofa and rooms are clean too so here you get hygienic stay. The Hotel Charans International staff were helpful and all facilities were provided as expected, food was good. The fridge was not working but, it was not a problem as it was winter. One more negative point is that room don't have balcony. The bonus point is also that it also provides car parking which is very convenient for people like us who travel by road. The location of the Hotel Charans International is good since it is in very good location near to few market and mall too. No traffic jam is there. And I must stay it is of course value for money. The Hotel Charans International is convenient and by paying less you get more.

For middle class travellers, it's a value for money especially when you book through MakeMyTrip. Towels are not very clean. They charge too much for stuffs stored in room fridge. For a bottle of 500 ml soda they charged? 72 against MRP? 18 and? 34 printed in their menu. I pointed out then they told that the price in menu is for 250 ml glass bottle whereas nothing was mentioned in menu regarding bottle size. Anyway they charged? 34. But is it rationale to charge 300% more than MRP?

Decent Hotel Charans International for short and business stays with all basic amenities. Since stayed in smallest room I. E. Standard room, size has to be small. Most pleasant part was Refrigerator was well stocked with chilled fruit juices cold drinks and beer. There is bar understairs apart from restaurant. Parking space is limited. Overall good Hotel Charans International and value for money.

The Hotel Charans International is at a very good place and the food is also good but very expensive. The service is also good but one of them showed bad manners. This Hotel Charans International is good for bachelors, location and room rate is good, that too if you book online. It's not good for family as you will find lot of shady people and drunkards in other rooms. Food is very high priced but overall, I would say for its location and reasonable rate for AC rooms Via online booking is quite good.

Nice place to stay, all staff members are very decent & cooperative. I stay on regular basis when I visit to Lucknow, all place & major offices are very nearby. My special thanks to Mr. Tiwari, renovation is required but overall it is nice place to stay.

Hotel is located in a prime location which is easy to search in a Lucknow. Rooms are Neat & Clean its a value of Money. Hotels provides 24 hours room service facility, tastey food service in room. Hotel have a nice staff which is very Helpful and its like a home.

It was a very nice Hotel Charans International. Staff were very supportive. But I have also some suggestions. Bedsheet was not too clean. Bathroom was little bit dirty. But better room service balanced all the odds. Check-in and check-out time is very strict. I believe it a one night.
