Hotel charing cross is a fantastic Hotel Charring Cross rooms where very comfortable the Hotel Charring Cross convenience to centre area of ooty as well as to the bus stand station. I only wish we could have stay longer than just one night before continuing on to other part of ooty clean and comfortable Hotel Charring Cross in city centre. Disturb where all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistant was a problem for them

Location is perfect. Staff members are also helpful but the system of restaurant here is not as per our expectations generally like they ask for the payment of food right away. Food is tasty, we prefer north indian. Veg thali is quite good. The executive room is really good but they should provide bathroom sleepers and the double beds are in two pieces, not one which was really disappointing.

The staff at this Hotel Charring Cross are very friendly, and the food—especially the tea—is fantastic. While there’s no Wi-Fi available in the rooms, the overall experience is still quite enjoyable. Just keep in mind that there is an early check-in charge of 500. Despite these minor drawbacks, the positive aspects of the stay certainly make it a worthwhile choice.

Clean and comfy Hotel Charring Cross in city centre we had a wonderful stay in charming this Hotel Charring Cross. Gently refurbished and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderful l breakfast view of the hills. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of ooty.

Location is good food is also good. For superior room terrace view is nice. No wifi in standard room which is unacceptable. In superior room also wifi is almost unusable. When booking is with wifi not having wifi is unacceptable
