Hotel Chennai Palace

Room were in good condition, staffs were cooperative, overall a comfortable stay

Room was good and the cleanliness is also well maintained good staff behaviour and view from room is good.

Room size is very small not even 100 sq ft. Fan regulator not working.

I like the Atmosphere and the place. It is very comfortable to travel from holel to another place. All services are good 💯

The accomodation is good but the space is limited they are overpriced with the rooms

budget hotel with good & clean rooms including washrooms.. Staff were polite and responsive .. Just see that blankets are provided with power sockets on each room which is lacking

Location is good. Near to central railway station and metro station. The very next building as we step out is "Murugan Idli Hotel" Added thing to select this hotel for staying 👍

after half an hour delayed they charges for full day amount, and so be careful, please contact with direct hotel contact number, they are not giving any discount on half an hour delayed, they charges full day amount.

AC in room not working, so 2 night there is no sleep, 2 ed they give another room, but there is no cooling effect with AC. Make my trip, pls do not consider this type of hotel. Also there is no ventilation in the room. Horrible experience for me. The only plus point is, it is walking distance from the central railway station. cleanliness and hotel staff OK.

this is the second time I'm staying here.Room was excellent and the staff very friendly.As it's located very near to Chennai central railway station and metro station, I'll definitely stay here next time when I come to Chennai

Nearest to Food courts. Good maintenance. Good Service by the staff. Nearest to Chennai Central railway station.

Ambience and entrance is not good. Service very poor. In the room, geaser and kettle not working. All the taps are leaking.Blankets and sheets were not clean. Not worth for the money paid.

we reached to the hotel at 10:30 pm and first the reception gave room102 acc room as we came late, later he called us down and told us our room is booked for non ac, and he is asking for 600 ₹ for the same, we refuse to pay. then he switch off the ac . we checked out at 8:00am no importance nothing, in the Room no 102 no hot water, kettle not working, no iron facility, please don't book on make my trip

Reception response is prompt, rooms are clean. hot water is not coming properly, every day we have ask them to supply complementary water bottle, all.amenities near by. summary a reliable accommodation

room was very clean and the washroom was also good with geyser facility.Staff was very friendly.Will definitely stay here when I come to Chennai next time.Its very close to Chennai central railway station which is a big advantage.

About the location - just less than a kilometre from Central Railway station, 10 minutes to walk. About the Clean- It was good and a clean Room. Service- Well done guys. The staff behaviour and support was excellent. For food- Murugan idli shop is adjacent. Only concern was the provided Room size was small but fine for single occupancy but not sufficient for family. But I am not sure if any other family rooms are bigger in size.

Bed was good, clean. Bathroom was clean n neat. But there is no soap. Room service is good.
