Hotel Chirag

This was one night stay for us and we reached late and there was an initial problem with the room and promptly got it changed with room options to choose from. Late night we realized an electrical problem with the toilet exhaust not working and they tried their best to resolve but an electrician was not available hence had to be planned for next day. However, it was not a major problem as such. Extra bedding was provided without any request. Food in the bistro restaurant was really delicious and we had dinner as well as complimentary breakfast which we had requested early and were obliged with. It is definitely a recommendation for a cosy stay in bikaner and i would love to come here again in future.

Hotel location is not good. Although Hotel Chirag was very good and furnished with all amenities, rooms were also great but air conditioner of our room was making lot of noise, poor maintenance needs to be fixed. Breakfast spread was limited, not much options for vegetarians. Although food served in restaurant was very delicious. Overall it is a good stay.

Very comfortable stay, got upgraded from deluxe room to executive suite from Hotel Chirag side. The food is good and serves its purpose. The decoration and lightings of the Hotel Chirag from the outside is amazing. Some a few problem with the WiFi that I could not get the WiFi signal in any of 5 6 mobiles that were with us. Rest all was pretty good.

Stayed here for in night. Check-in was quick, got a pretty awesome upgrade, room was large spacious clean, bathrooms were very well maintained, food was yummy and service was quick too. Nice lawns for our kids to play.
The initial room we booked was very small. But got upgraded to a suite which was pretty awesome.

The overall experience was OK. Food was good. Hotel Staff was very cooperative. Service was good. But they didn't mentioned about mini bar presnt inside the room .. Is chargeable .. We consume all food stuff and cold drinks .. And paid extra about 500rupees for that .. It was quite shocking .. Overall good experience.

It was a great since the entrance was made, the staff was very friendly and supportive. Restaurant manager/incharge who attended us in evening and in morning was fantastic had a good knowledge. Food and room comfort was the best part to enjoy. Would like to visit again for sure. Nishu Gahlot.

Very nice. Food quality is also good. If we have to move from Hotel Chirag than we can go by ola cab. If you have oun vehicle than no problem. It away 4 k. M from Railway Station. But you can't check in before 12p. M. We reached here at 10a. M but they didn't allow to check in before 12 p.

Its a nice Hotel, little far in the outskirts of City. Difficult to get local transport. Rooms, staff, service are fantastic. Food quality for lunch and dinner is nice. But breakfast- the quality and the items. Improvement is required. Items are very limited.

Nice Hotel but located a bit outskirts of the City

The Hotel Chirag is close to the bus stand and railway station. If you hire local autorickshaw it takes around 70-80 rs. Rooms are good, value for money. Breakfast spread could be improved. There are very limited options in breakfast. But overall decent stay.

Clean room, Good staff, Fast services.

Hotel is very neat and clean, I suggest to stay in Hotel Chirag if anybody visit Bikaner.

Food is good, service is nice, very clean and hygiene, though located at distance from city and market.

We stayed for 2 days. No transportation were available. Room was clean. Staff behaviour was ok. Lawn was well maintained.

Stay at Chirag is good, comfortable room and lobby area is clean, staff behavior was good but the washroom was too dirty and cheap not upto the level of Hotel Chirag and rooms.
