Hotel Chivla Paradise

Thomas was at the reception when I checked in at about 6 pm on the date of check in. He was cheerful and arranged a snack for me immediately upon arrival. They had no juices to serve but served Tea in lieu. Room was clean and had the basic amenities. Wifi worked inside the room with a password supplied by the reception. AC worked on remote. There was no chair in the room. It would be nice for the management to put a small plastic table and 2 chairs in the room when offered to customers. I was told that food items should not be taken inside the rooms. There was an open lobby where there were chairs and tables facing the beach. One could use the same for eating meals. The catering staff were very courteous too. Overall I had a cool experience at this place

Beautiful location just across chivla beach with lovely view of beach from beach facing rooms as well from ground floor sitting area...food served for breakfast, dinner/lunch was delicious with authentic homemade malvani taste.

Neat and clean. Good home made food. Overall best experience.

Staff behaviour is very cooperative. Homely stay good response from owner for any kind of need e. G. Convenience for traveling.

The location is good and all the staff are cooperative. Overall experience is good. If Hotel Chivla Paradises infrastructure improved like bed, cupboard, windows should be french then it can be on a different level.
