I booked my stay here because I had eaten at their restaurant before and the food was outstanding. Sadly, that’s the only good thing about this place. The hotel is right on the main road in the middle of the city, which means endless honking and traffic noise until late at night. Forget peace or quiet — it simply doesn’t exist here. The property is made to look expensive, but has zero design sense. Rooms have cheap veneer furniture and don’t feel like proper hotel rooms at all.Bathrooms are finished with costly granite but are badly maintained, which makes them unpleasant to use. There are no basic in-room facilities like a kettle or tea/coffee setup. The excuse? They have a restaurant downstairs. Breakfast is not a buffet — instead, you get ₹600 worth of a la carte items. This means no fruits, no juice, no variety of breads — basically nothing close to a proper breakfast experience.Worst of all, the air conditioner stinks so badly it can make you gag. I had to shut it off completely.This is a classic case of a hotel living off the reputation of its restaurant but failing miserably when it comes to actually providing a decent stay. Not recommended.

Very Average for very expensive Tariff paid . Flooring in the room and toilet is high glossy tile and dangerous to walk. Prone to fall and lead to accidents

Overall the services at the reception and room service is poor .Probably this is not reflection on the who are at reception , but on the management itself .Refurbishing of entire hotel is going on at the point of time . Keeping this in view the management would have taken care to ensure service to the occupants smooth and friendly.

The property also offered some nice touches, such as recreational areas or spa facilities, which added to the relaxation factor. Service: Service was undoubtedly one of the highlights. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was housekeeping, front desk, or restaurant staff, the level of professionalism and hospitality was commendable. Special requests were handled efficiently, making the experience seamless. Overall: I would definitely recommend this property for its prime location, good food, excellent amenities, and exceptional service. It’s a great choice for both leisure and business travelers.

My Friend booked this venue for his wedding. Rooms are very clean. I loved this stay. Its close to LB Nagar metro.

Not worth staying in this hotel no shaving kid offered by the hotel they are charging for refilling the water bottle which is costing rs. 30-

The room was not cleaned properly at the time of checkin. The staff was not friendly. There was no room service.

The hotel location and the hotel cleanliness was good, even the food was good. Liked the toiletries placed and politeness of the people there. The hotel contact number was not given properly on the maps. Had to call them and they gave me the contact person number at the hotel. Overall very good stay.

The room was neat and th restaurant food is very good though buffet breakfast is not available, complimentary breakfast is provided from the breakfast menu available as per choice. The location is good. Very near to metrostation.
