Hotel City Centaur

We reached Hotel City Centaur before 10 pm, the room which was allotted had no pipe under the basin, when i went for hand & mouth wash, water spread on the floor & in my feet & clothes. We complained & demanded for shift to another room, they arranged. About food receptionist told at 10 pm their restourant closed, we told at booking we had bf, lunch & dinner, he told it would take time to prepare food for us, we waited for long time then received rice, roti, dal & one veg in room. It was tasty. Bf was idle & puri & coffee in their restaurant, it was also tasty. At check out at 12 we asked about lunch, he told it would have to prepare & would take time, we would have to take in their restourant. We waited in reception, after 1pm we received lunch, dal, roti, rice & one veg, food was tasty. We left in good communication with receptionist in both side. At leaving, we heard from one man that due to some problem this restaurant is now serving only bf during 8 to 10 pm at restaurant.

The Hotel City Centaur is being renovated. So my first day was filled with disappointments. But in the next day, we spoke with mr. Sushil . He immediately changed the room with addl amenities. He picked up every call of mine and done the needful. Breakfast was very nice. They have a travel desk inside the Hotel City Centaur. We, as a family went to Mysore using the service. Cost was rs. 800 per head And guide fee rs. 60 per head. The location is Pakka. It’s located in between kSR Bengaluru railway station and majestic metro. Both are walkable … I would recommend this Hotel. But pls visit after renovation. If you in a hurry, pls speak to Sushil. Thanks Durai

Room is good, pleasant stay service by some staffs were good new bucket and cups may be kept in bathroom because i saw the very old one in my room convenient to board train or bus even at night time as the Hotel City Centaur is present near to ks r railway station and majestic bus stand

the Hotel City Centaur was very convenient for us because, this Hotel City Centaur is very close to the metro station and railway station. The hospitality we received from this Hotel City Centaur was amazing. love go next time❤️

Hotel workers were nice and were sincere to our requests. The room was great and comfortable. Won't be a problem for people to look for transportation facilities as the Hotel City Centaur is in great spot.

The room was pretty good and clean. The service and behaviour of the staffs were also fine. They provided us provision to keep our bags safely after checkout in afternoon as we had our train at night time.

Rooms are very good as per the price. Service is also good. It made my trip a successful one. Will suggest to everyone for sure! room is so clean. Bathroom is very hygienic. Whole ambience is great!

It was a good stay. Staff was cordial. Since the Hotel City Centaur is located near rly station, we didn't face any problems in commuting. Look forward to another visit if opportunity comes.

Room was good and clean. But door and door locks is not in a good conditions. The Hotel City Centaur is next of kfc and opposite of metro station in majestic.
