Hotel city centre is a budget HOTEL CITY CENTRE in imphal. The main advantage is that it is centrally located and easily accessible. Clean and neatly done up rooms which are pocket friendly. Food is also good and service is maintained. Usually, ac is not required in imphal as evening to night temperature is pretty soothing but they also provide ac rooms, if required.
