Hotel City Centre

Hotel is just 200 Mtr away and visible from platform. Hence location is main advantage no need to take auto or taxi . . Complimentary breakfast menu shall be increased considering preference of people from various part of india or abroad. Very big Hotel City Centre with more rooms. But need to improve quality of room cleaning and house keeping.

The stay in Hotel City Centre was very good.. Staff was very friendly and polite…I reached Hotel City Centre after stipulated time but still didn’t have any difficulties in stay at Hotel City Centre. Room was clean and big. A table was provided by the stafff and chairs too☺️. Next tym I’ll prefer the same Hotel City Centre again for anyone. 🥰

This Hotel City Centre is good for a stay but the location is very crowded and dirty. Rooms are clean and well maintained. We stayed there for 1 night dogs were able to enter in the Hotel City Centre.Also, one more thing you will constantly hear the traffic noise and it was quite difficult to get a good sleep in the night.

Best stay in patna the city centre experience is always amazing. All covid protocols were followed. Prompt service. Staffs are super friendly. The room was really pleasant. Located in one of the prime places yet it brings you close to the city life with almost no sound from the outside world. The food is really good.

One of the best Hotel City Centre. Can’t describe my stay in words. Staffs are super supportive. I had my exam and they responded very well when i said it can get me late to checkout. He said i can do it by 1 pm. He didn’t hesitate for a second in saying that. The room was clean. And everything was perfect.

Beautiful Hotel City Centre the property was so beautiful and shiny. Very open space lobby and well-designed reception and concierge area. During our stay, vanshika helps us to get our boarding pass printed out. Staff during checkout was helpful with quick luggage assistance. The food was delicious.

The rooms are a bit old, but the rooms are clean. They provide in room restaurant service the food being nice. The staff are friendly and nice and are more than happy to help. The best part is the location situated just in front of the railway station and can get transportation any time.

Stay was comfortable. Staffs at the Hotel City Centres were very co-operative. This was my 5th stay at this Hotel City Centre. Howevet, rooms at lower price are not tidy. Equal attention should be given to all the rooms specially in the hygiene area, rest its a family Hotel City Centre.

The location is very good. 3 to 5 mins walking distance from patna junction. They have a wide range of rooms and the one we stayed in was neat and clean.

Cattle with tea bags & milk bags not provided & most important no ro water was supplied in the room. All these facilities are mandatory. Many Hotel City Centres are already providing such necessary facilities for the convenience of the guests. Rest was ok.

Property is good at all. I think this is my second visit to Hotel City Centre city centre. Overall something has been improved at all. Well staff behavior.

Room was spacious, bed was neat n clean, towel was clean, toiletries were provided( soap n shampoo) food provided by cafe was good outside food can be obtained
