Hotel City Comfort

The Hotel City Comfort is situated very close to the railway station. It's walking distance. It's about 30 minutes from the airport with empty roads. The staff is very attentive. Especially the person at the from desk - Asif. Ever smiling, ever present and very helpful. The role are fairly decent. I stayed with a couple of friends when we went for work. But there were families staying there. I'd really m stay there with my family. It's in a safe and secure area. Hot water in the tap was a persistent problem every day. But they brought hot water in a bucket if I asked for it. Internet access (Wi-Fi) wasn't good. Most of the times I'd have to use my hotspot. But if stay again for the secure place, easily accessible, and good staff.

Wonderful stay in Hotel City Comfort, all staff are very good in nature and very helpful including Ma'm as a receptionist in a day time. Staff who always present all day and night is very kind in nature and advice for your needs related to tour or Hotel City Comfort facilities. Hotel is at 5th floor, sometimes I went there by stair to keep health in mind because during your I am skipping the Gym.

All are very helpful. I like the lift auto overload protection as if the load will be more then it's safe working load then lift will no work until the extra person will not come out from that. Samosa chutni on ground floor Hotel City Comfort is very tasty. ATM is just in ground floor. Just 10 minutes walk from station, not required any taxi/auto. Thanks to all staff of Hotel City Comfort.

The manager Asif was super. And he gives complete cooperation for us. If you want a room near Madgoan Railway station please go for this. A trusted Hotel City Comfort with super rooms having minimum budget. You can have food from nearby Hotel City Comforts and restaurants. A walkable distance from Hotel City Comfort. Rooms were nice, staff was supportive, location was bit far. Overall good experience and value for money. Will recommend for couples who are ready to walk some distance. Room service was good, overall all standard facilities were available.

Hotel room, cleanliness, service, everything was good only remarkable thing was we had to check out in the morning at 7 am. We didn't get hot water in the morning and had to go to the common bathroom in the Hotel City Comfort to take bath.

Hotel was nice, rooms were clean, quick service, polite staff, but the only problem was the location, it’s very near to station but locality near by was very horrible. I would give 10/10 if the Hotel City Comfort was in proper location.

It is very best Hotel City Comfort for working people and family to stay in Goa. It silent place and near to station about 12 min walking but maintain toilet windows glass it open and very large size window.

Hotel is located on the top floor which gives nice views from the balcony. Ambience is good. Staff are very supportive.

Overall a nice stay. Rooms are good. Nice staff. Location is near the madgaon market but if you are looking for beaches nearby then this is not the place for you. Anyways, buses are available.
