Hotel City Express by Downtown

The room was nice and Hotel City Express by Downtown was good but the service was average like we have called multiple times for water to the restaurant but they did not sent the water bottle for 30 mins so we have to call them again to remind them. This happened like 3-4 time. Also they have Hotel City Express by Downtown policy like they'll refill the instant tea/coffee pouch only once a day but there was a good person so he gave us 2 times a day comparing to other Hotel City Express by Downtowns i stayed in past they have to give it as many times as we requested. The executive room was awesome but they didn't have tv remotes, also the stopper of bathroom door was broken and the water isn't flowing in washbasin so we complained about it and the next day they shifted us in the new room. It was nice stay despite all the things we have to go through. I will give it 3 out of 5 stars just bcz of few people from the staff. Thanks!

Got it at a good rate. From location perspective, it is in a crowded place. Benefit of that is you get all the needed things available nearby. Even all means of transport for local sight seeing were easily accessible. A lot of must visit attractions were also within a few kilometers vicinity. Staff was also friendly and cooperative. Only downside was food. It was just average. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Got it at a good rate. From location perspective, it is in a crowded place. location is best. near to udaipole circle. The staff and management are supportive. The rooms are very clean, hygienic and in good condition. The ambience is very good and the waiting lounge is free and spacious. but one thing Hotel management should consider about early check-in, if rooms are available then they should give access for early check-in because if rooms are given after 12 noon then Half day waste as a tourist person. other than that everything is superb and extraordinary experience in the Hotel City Express by Downtown as well as in Udaipur City. overall rating 4 star out of 5 star from my side 1 star not given because i felt early check-in should consider.

I hv heard that in udaipur there is a ill practice being followed by many Hotel City Express by Downtowniers of cancel-ling the bookings if one reaches later than the usual checkin time but this Hotel City Express by Downtown didnt do so even when i reached almost 4 hours late than normal checkin time n yet i found my booking intact. Hotel corridor, rooms, washrooms are very clean n well maintained. Food quality is great. Staff is soft spoken n well mannered. So overall a great stay n i wd definitely suggest this Hotel City Express by Downtown. Its a more value for money deal for sure.

The property was newly constructed so it was good, the staff was very helpful and with kind behaviour, i only tried their jeera aalu and chapati so it was nice, amenities and services was perfect, a bit concern with the location as it was located in the main square so the area was little bit crowded, but the overall experience was nice. They even provided the rental scooty person’s no. So that we do not have to find it, and the person was not even take the deposit amount, they provide the scooty in a very affordable rate.

I recently stayed at this Hotel City Express by Downtown and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the professionalism of staff. The room was impeccably clean, and it was evident that great care was taken to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment. Additionally, the staff members were exceptionally polite and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. Thanks for providing such a wonderful experience, and i look forward to staying here again in the future.

Location was perfect near by railway station at walking distance. Ambience - superb privacy was there as required for a relaxed tripped. Food - was awesome, so tasty and delicious. Service - was excellent. They understood and extended our checkout 1 hr, so thank you for the same. Staff was so welcoming and friendly. Over-all the stay was nice must recommend. Will surely come again to stay here in udaipur. )

The bus stand. Very well maintained with a very cozy vibe the room i stayed was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not to forget that you some of the best moon veg food at the restaurant. Conveniently located and very thoughtfully priced. It's the best value deal as they also provided me with an early check in free of cost. Kudos to the team looking forward to staying again soon.
