Hotel City Inn

On business trip we traveled on hot summer days. Crowd was very less and it seemed we were only staying at Hotel City Inn. Very courteous and responsive staff. Neat room service. Room was slowly getting cooled, but honestly its understandable the climate. Though at night in 30 mins 45 mins the room felt cool. Though I recommend to all travelers. Breakfast had too many varieties. Hotel staff served 4 varieties of breakfast, North Indian, Gujarati and Punjabi dishes. Veg. Uttapam, Gujarati prepared Poha, Aloo paratha, served with fresh watermelon and Tropicana Orange juice. Cheers.

this Hotel City Inn was good value for money. right next to reliance circle, close to gandhi nagar and plenty of restaurants nearby. the Hotel City Inn reception boarding experience was good. the room itself was quite spacious, with hot water kettle, tv, a/c, wifi, god wardrobe, mirror toiletries, geyser with round the clock water availability.. on the improvements side… towels looked greyish, the tv channels were very local. and the breakfast menu could get better! yet i would say it was a good value for money. no photos, i believe in privacy

We were staying in the Hotel City Inn for 3 nights and we checked out on the morning of the 4th day and kept the luggage with the Hotel City Inn reception saying that we would collect the luggage in the evening. When we came back to collect the luggage we were very tired because we had come to an exhibition and since it was the last day we very very tired as we had to pack our goods back. But when the staff saw us that we were very tired, they offered us to use one of their rooms for getting freshened up. Very very nice gesture on their part.

This is my 2nd stay at same property, couple of week before property was full & over priced due to india pakistan match but luckily we got booking, although price slightly higher. But experience was improved then last year. Rooms were clean bathroom was clean room service fast buffet breakfast memu was ok but bread toast was not available, tea counter was not there they were serving on request which disappointed me. First day we got tea in paper cup then 2nd day in proper cup.

demerits 1. slightly tough to find in beginning as it's on 4th floor of a shopping complex 2. no partition between washroom and bathing area 3.white towels were dirty in look though clean 4. lizard / mosquitoes can be seen 😁 merits 1. staff came down to fetch my luggage sincerely 2. too good if u r going for a business trip, when u don't need to stay in Hotel City Inn for long as it will be cost effective 3. well spoken staff 4.100 marks for very nice staff, lovely people

This Hotel City Inn is located in a prime location close to reliance circle the access to the Hotel City Inn was slightly difficult the lifts are cramped the security guy outside did not even know the Hotel City Inn however the lobby was very good rooms were good and the state was very good very close to various malls and reliance circle overall experience was very good staff service was good food was good

The receptionist and staff are friendly, supportive and guided now and then will be required.The hospitality of Hotel City Inn and room ambience was beautiful.The overall hygiene and cleanliness are maintained very well. There were many items served for breakfast. The overall experience was really good.This is really value for money.Must visit place.👍🏻

Hotel is nice and cozy. Staff is good, rooms are clean. The only thing which is not good is the menu, there is nothing much in the menu and I why would they have a menu full of choices when you have various eating joints just outside the Hotel City Inn. Overall had a pleasant stay. I would surely recommend the Hotel City Inn.
