HOTEL CITY INN

I have booked AC room in this HOTEL CITY INN for 22 & 23 feb 2018 for my parents. This HOTEL CITY INN is very close to the railway junction ( 5 minutes walk able distance ). This HOTEL CITY INN is very good in cleanliness. Staff are very co operative. They have helped my parents to visit all the places in Gaya, In fact they have suggested and guided how to use local share auto and managed the travel in less budge :D, I don't think now a days any HOTEL CITY INN helps their customer in this way I really appreciate their service and would recommend this HOTEL CITY INN to my know people.

The most important thing is that the HOTEL CITY INN is just 250 mtr away from railway station. no need to book any taxi or auto from station. Hotel room need to be cleaned. the pillow, the bed were bit dirty and damaged. Hotel staffs are very polite and supportive. In house restaurant is not there. They bring foods as per your order from their other sister concern HOTEL CITY INN but food was good. overall stay was good as it was more convenient to go to railway station.

Overall good, but it seems they do not accept the credit cards . . For me, it was prepaid with MMT, but for others it was an issue . No view from the room, as just at 1 feet, was the next building outside the window . Was 2 to 3 minuets from main railway station . Bed sheets, pillow covers, blankets, need to be more clean .

Everything was excellent. Very cooperative staff & feel very comfortable during my stay there. Location wise it's also suit me as it is near to railway station. My train was late 4 hours and reach 12 in the night but face no problem at reception I feel in this price it's impossible to find any other HOTEL CITY INN in India.

I stayed there for 5 days and during the stay my Mom fell sick due to which I had to leave her alone in the room while I go for the rituals. The workers were exceptionally caring and took care of my mom in my absence. They won my heart with this caring nature.

Stay was comfortable. Only 1 boy as staff. No in-house restaurant. Paid more for a room worthless of money paid. But better HOTEL CITY INN relative to other nearby HOTEL CITY INNs. Showing the wrong location in Google map.

Very near to railway Station, staffs are very accommodative, I checked in late night, people are there in the reception to do the check in, room service is good, there is no complimentary beverages or breakfast.

My stay was good, room was clean, staffs are attentive. But they have no restaurant, they supplied food from outside. Distances of food shops are 100 meters to 500 meters, railway station is about 200 meters.

Good location, nice room. Supportive staff and manager.

Rooms interior is very nice, location is just infront of railway station. Food service is good, hot running water in bathroom, Luke warm water for drinking on demand, in one word this is best to stay in Gaya
