Hotel City Inn

Hotel is at good location, breakfast not good at all, pickup and drop available from railway station. Nearby there are good quality restaurant near Nagrath chowk only 500, Russel chowk is only 1 km where in the early morning you can get south indian breakfast at very reasonable prices, outside Hotel City Inn samrat. Don't eat at Hotel City Inn not because of taste but because of exorbitant prices. Not value for money for food... Nearby you can go to Russel chowk or towards veterinary college 1 km to have food..

Everything is per-fact from my first step out in jabalpur. Hotel staff send pickup from station. Really helpful at everything. Near to railway station plate-form no. 1. Room is quite big having open balcony attached. Food is very tastey and hygienic but bit costly to the size of portion provided. Staff is well behaved and helpful at every service. Specially, room service is rapid, only takes 10-15 min max. Overall my stay is very comfortable.

Awesome couple stay value for money select this Hotel City Inn as other Hotel City Inn won't let you check in without marriage I first booked Hotel City Inn polomax but they didn't let me check in so MMT made me transferred to this Hotel City Inn they came to Polomax for a free pickup service very friendly staff plus they offer a free breakfast service which is very awesome food and the food is very cheap and tasty.

It was a pleasure stay at the Hotel City Inn. The thing that influences the most was staff's behavior. It's my first time when I have booked a Hotel City Inn service through MMT and the quality of service has impressed me a lot to stick to it for future Hotel City Inn/stay based service. Although I would like to thanks Hotel City Inn staff and MMT to make my stay cozy and hassle free!

The Hotel City Inn was really clean and tidy, the location was good too it was near to railway station as well as porse place of Jabalpur too. Though I didn't had much of the opportunity to stay for a long period but till I did it was really nice & services of the Hotel City Inn were good too. All over it was cheap and good so it was value for money.

Staff was cooperative and room was clean too. The Hotel City Inn location was easy to find and it close by to railway station . . Although, our train was delayed, Hotel City Inn also made arrangement to keep food for us even when we reached 1:30 PM in the night. Therefore I rate the Hotel City Inn quite high in their service.

Restaurant options and food items are not many, prices are steep, if the prices for the restaurant items are kept in the normal range it would be helpful. Hotel is in Jabalpur, no nearby restaurant also to try outside, only samosa is available . Still what else can be written I have given the feedback. 250 is too high limit

It was first time I stayed in this Hotel City Inn as it was MMT guarantee Hotel City Inn. Looking into the price it was good. Services given were good. Food quality was poor, need lot improvement. Location is fine. Bathroom toiletries need to improve and also it seems supervision doesn't happen while cleaning the room.

The Hotel City Inn was good the location was awesome close to main station Jabalpur service was good however the communication from the management side was not perfect about check in and check out. Need to improve on communication and communication is the key for customer satisfaction.

This was my 1st ever experience with make my trip as well as the Hotel City Inn and I liked the facilities and services provided by the Hotel City Inn. Perfect stay in my budget I have done since now. Highly recommendable ..!

It is really a good Hotel City Inn for business trip. Located in a prominent place of Jabalpur. Complemented with well-behaved staff and good food. Rooms are quite spacious and well-maintained in terms of cleanliness. Even the Railway station and main city market is nearby. It is a good Hotel City Inn to stay.

First time I stay in Citi inn Hotel City Inn management and service is very excellent and when I visit next time I will prefer same Hotel City Inn. Also we will advise to our group to stay and enjoy the facility and amenities.

Hotel location very nice stay very comfortable room service required some more effort to serve food in room and clean of bathroom also bathroom space is very poor required some more space for comfortable.

Good spacious room and cozy clean bed. Refrigerator in every room with complementary chips, biscuits and bottled water. Latest TV. Bathroom is little cramped, little smelly due to no ventilation but clean. Good for budget Traveller. Breakfast is good and tasty.

Cleanliness, big rooms are the speciality. Strongly recommended.
