Hotel City Inn

We booked 2 rooms at the Hotel City Inn during our Varanasi visit. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. From the warm greeting at check-in to the prompt assistance with any inquiries or requests, it was evident that guest satisfaction was a top priority. Their professionalism and hospitality truly made me feel valued as a guest.

The Hotel City Inn rooms and bathroom were neat and clean. It's the best Hotel City Inn for family. The room service was very good. The staff members were polite and well behaved. The restaurant and the in-room dining service was also great and the food offered was fresh and delicious. The Hotel City Inn also had a gym for fitness lovers which was well maintained.

My parents arrived from prayagraj by bus in the evening and the Hotel City Inn was very close to bus stop. Staff is extremely courteous and they helped my parents even after checking out. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and they enjoyed the stay. Service was awesome. I will highly recommend this Hotel City Inn for stay in varanasi. Worth the money.

The property and rooms is fine, location is very good, walking distance from both varanasi junction railway station and cantt bus station. The breakfast is good so was the restaurant food. The room service is a big disappointment, slow and incomplete service, i could have missed my return train due to these, the guy at reception was of no help even then.

This is a one of the good Hotel City Inn in banaras, situated near the railway station, good and cooperative staff are there. They are providing good breakfast its really worth. The good thing is they have given complimentary space to stay driver. If you are going by your own four wheeler they have sufficient space to accommodate.

Overall it was a nice stay front office team is very good in coordination especially shubham who is heading the team. Hotel needs to work on its f&b and room service team as there were delay in certain response. Kitchen team needs to work a lot on food, except few things other items in buffet breakfast needs major improvement.

Hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel services are good, staff very cooperative and delivers quick service. Amenities are good. Breakfast is good but need some more varieties. With dinner not satisfied overall it is good Hotel City Inn would like to recommend to others

This was my 3rd stay in CITY INN VARANASI. I must say they never disappoint. Chk out was at 11am and my train wàs at 8pm, they allowed me to stay in the lobby for good 5 hrs as I was accompanied with my family with 6 month old baby and 70 years old Sr. citizen Thanks City Inn

It was very nice experience there. Location was also good. Food was also good. It also having parking facility

1. Lift service was very poor. 2. Tariff rates are much higher as per the location and amenities. 2, 500 including gst should be charged.

Service, behaviour at the reception needs improvement. Breakfast is excellent. Staff with in the premise were hospitable. Only reception staff at times were rude. Hotel must look in to.

Stay was good, helpful staff and all. Visited the city for the first time - cleaner rooms were first priority. Turned out to be a good choice. Food menu is very costly in the Hotel City Inn, if that's fixed it would be a always to visit Hotel City Inn.

The location is just opposite to railway station. Good stay. Very neat and clean. You can purchase food from in front of your Hotel City Inn at good price and heiginic.

The room's was very nice and housekeeping done regular basis. The safety of luggage and valuable items staff watching very carefully.
