Hotel City Palace

My stay in the Hotel City Palace was excellent. The rooms are of comfortable size. Two meals per person were included in my package. We were six persons including my two child. The plan included complimentary breakfast and lunch/dinner. But they were hesitant in serving for 6 people, although the plan included meals for all. They were willing to serve it only for the adults. Felt little offended on that but the issue was resolved after talking to the manager. Otherwise the location is good and rooms are neat and most importantly they have parking facility.

The Hotel City Palace is very close to guwahati station. Just 2 mins of walking distance. You will find taxi, uber, rickshaw, city buses just outside of the Hotel City Palace. Location is perfect and easy to find. Apart from that, the rooms in the Hotel City Palace are clean and hygiene. You can book deluxe and super dulexe rooms at affordable prices as compared to others. Staff are polite and well mannered. Bathrooms are clean. It was a nice stay overall. Food also okay. There are many restaurants nearby you can order from there also.

The location is very good. Just beside astc bus terminus and taxi stand. Station is just 2. 5 km by road. Rooms are big and well ventilated. Electric kettle is provided to all boarders. Geyser remains on for 24hrs. Controlled centrally. Neat and clean. Room service is good. Food is average, would suggest to have it outside. But tea or coffee is good. Filtered water is provided. No need for packaged water unless it is your personal preference. But rent is little on the higher side as compared to similar Hotel City Palaces around.

It was an overall good experience. Hotel was clean and the rooms were neat and sanitized. The walls, furniture, floors washrooms, tiles everything was clean as far as i'm concerned. Foods were good but not upto the mark. Great hospitality, Hotel City Palace staffs were friendly. Moreover the location of the Hotel City Palace was worth staying. You can easily access the bus service station of astc and network and the railway station too was in vicinity. Highly recommended for travellers.

I stayed there for 2nights and was very happy with my stay there. The food is on costlier side. For simple dal chawal and alu jeera i was charged 240 bucks. But if you want a clean and safe place to stay its a very good option. The food can be brought from outside too and since its on the heart of paltan bazar there are lots of options. The rooms were very clean including the bathroom. The room service was prompt. All in all a good option.

This Hotel City Palace is just a few distance away from the railway station and very convenient. The strret around though is very congested and quite difficult to get a good parking. The staffs were friendly and helpful, small details like toilet taps, ac s and tv should be maintained well. Good clean room was the plus point. Overall, stay was pleasant

Food and location was very good.
I visited this Hotel City Palace with a group of 30 people and i can say Hotel City Palace staffs are very good. They hosted us very well. Hotel was also good but they need little renovation like bathroom windows glass was broken. Overall my experience was excellent. Kudos to their staffs.

it was the best Hotel City Palace i have near paltan bazar near to railway station also and the main thing i like the most was Hotel City Palace stuff and their responsibilities ❤️✨ they were very friendly and the rooms and foods including all things was excellent. thanks to Hotel City Palace city palace🥰🙌✨

Its to good and excellent services

At the heart of paltan bazaar you can find everything just near by you, taxi stand, bus stand and railway station, you can find souvenir of assam. It's good from my point of view.

Place is nice to stay as market and communications is at footstep. Very cooperative boys. I feel good to stay here.

Very good and comfortable stay. Very neat and clean. We are senior citizen so lift problem always there. This lift problem made my stay harder at Hotel City Palace city palace, guwahati.

The Hotel City Palace staff is helpful and cordial. Just had a one night stay. Unfortunately the night lights were not working

Overall it is a good Hotel City Palace but to become best they have look in their bathroom cleanliness which is not up to the mark

They behave nicely. Room services was good, room cleanliness was also good. Food quality was good. Ac worked properly. Room service by the boy was good. Transection regarding expenditure was good.

While everything was good but the door could not be locked properly

Love to come again, once i will be back for my vication sure to stay again
