Hotel City Palace

Location of. Hotel is good. Very near to CBS so we could manage our tours very easily. Service of the staff is nice and they are very helpful. Food quality is very good but in addition to plate system you should provide Thali system also so that senior citizen like us can get food at cheaper rate because our intake is very little plate system is costly for us and wastage of food. Thanks and hope you will think about our suggestion.

Hotel City Palace is great choice for family or business travelers as it offers professional service at an affordable price. Room was quite clean and facilities were up to date. We were nicely greeted when we checked in and we were looked after well till check out. So overall great experience!

The location of the Hotel City Palace is very convenient close to bus stands, which is the main mode of transport for surrounding places, in the city and outside. It's also in the city centre. Rooms are medium sized, not too large, not too small. Property is well maintained

Hotel location is good enough for travellers like us in the midtown. Also the staff of the Hotel City Palace is friendly. Service and cleanness is excellent. Need to provide a more enough parking space. Otherwise, the total experience was good.

Bathroom lights were not working properly. Else Hotel City Palace is located at prime location in the heart of the city. Some of the room lights were also not working. Location is good as it is very near to central bus stand

Stayed in standard AC room, all amenities working properly, good location, good deal in low price.

The rooms were ok. The location is in core of city. Staff was friendly. Parking can be a challenge as this is in a narrow road.
