Hotel City Palace Near Railway Station

Hotel rooms and bathroom were too small and the beds were dirty even though there were lots of insects on the bed it was a poor experience

Lift not working, a / c not work door bell not work no telephone to connect with reception shower not work

I had a very poor experience when i reached the hotel reception person saying there is no water and he was shifted to another hotel. The name of another hotel is hotel jay jawan.

showing a 3 star hotel, which is wrong. This is a no star hotel. Clumsy rooms. Defective taps in bath room. Tv was not working at all. The shut ac down, when they think. Room service and food was better looking to other facilities. I am a professor and never suggest this hotel to persons like me. It was a mistake committed by me.

Worst hotel experience ever. Don’t book this hotel no parking space, rooms are totally smelling. Food taste is not good.

It's location is unhygienic. Moreover as stated in booking about 3 star, no where it matches to that, i am surprised how it has been categorised.

This place was a nightmare! there was no water in the washroom, the ac was barely functional, and the tv didn't work at all. The washroom was so tiny, it felt claustrophobic. The blankets and towels were disgustingly dirty. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Makemytrip should seriously consider removing it from their listings. Plus, the entrance looked like a rundown street corner.

The hotel was very shabby and dirty from the inside. Apart from that it was okayish and the staffs were good

food is good, tv is not working condition, stain on towels and pillow, covered also under maintenance and when room service guy came for the food delivery they simply entered the room without asking that's question ❓

Hotel is located heart of the city, clean room friendly staff food is also delicious and value for money

Relaxed and fully air conditioned rooms in cheap price and food was also good.

The food was good and location was also good, 24 hours check-in time is the best part for my trip, fully recommended for others.
