Overall, good. Nice & clean, well behaved staff. Just one thing, there were a few cockroaches roaming around, which really looked shabby. Keep it pest free. Furniture needs a bit of re-finishing touch.

We had a comfortable stay at the property with all the amenities such as toiletries, cleanliness, etc. We had complimentary breakfast which was charged before and the service was fast and good.

Overall Hotel City Star - Agra service were excellent. I will definitely prefer it again. But room were smelling like a smoking room. So, have to look in that point of area.
