Our stay was excellent. Rooms were clean and basic amenities were provided. Sapna ma'am at the front desk helped us with all our queries.

Location was good but things like housekeeping, services are poor. Need to improvement in overall services.

Service was bad .. we booked std room and that room was jus opposite to what was shown in pictures .. it was stinking and when we approached the hotel staff for upgrade they charged unnecessary amount,... not only this, at the time of check out the person trued charging us double .. the only good part was that it was near to the temple.. rest i would never recommed this... on top of it MMT support was not as expected.. we asked dor hep and they continuously asked us to talk to hotel or connect with them.. in short we paid money and got stuck with no help from anyone

Unfriendly and rude staff! They do not help and talk in quite a rude tone with everyone. Not recommended

no basic thing was present there, i also lodged a concern of safety hazard with rohit and shared so.e picture with him,He asured me he will raise the concern

Very convenient to visit Golden Temple, short walk only 50 yds max. Apart from that, no kitchen not even a kettle to make yourself a cup of tea/coffee, bed linen smelly, extremely old A/C noisy like an old truck making it impossible to sleep. TV didn’t work, power sockets improper. Reception didn’t answer calls. Staff ? What staff ? Calling it “International” hotel is misleading..

Room AC was not working. and I booked three bedroom but there was not available it. It was very bad experience.

It was great and helpful staff.Rooms were great with all the facilities needed. It was close to golden temple.

Location of hotel is what makes it stand out. Golden temple is at the walking distance. I could also find Jain Mandir and other market at just the walking distance. Rooms were good. No packaged drinking water provided. Staff was good.

Nearest location from golden temple. Nice roof top view of temple. Walking distance of jalianwalabag. Upto hotel car not allowed. Can reach flyover parking by wwlk. Rickshaw / battery auto is available after 2 minutes walk. Hotel staffs are very co operative. No restaurant in hotel. Can serve on order.

Location near golden temple was the only good thing about this hotel. Cleanliness was not at all adhered to. Water bottle provided was also chargeable. Staff was not at all cooperative. Security guard was rude and staring all the time. They had very less knowledge on hospitality.

please note mentioned 24 hour stay after checkin ,I categorically mentioned we would be checking in at 11 pm as coming by late train .Still the hotel started pestering on check out exactly after 12 PM and eventually took the room at sharp 2 . they dint offer a third proper bed the bed was a sifa cum bed with a very poor mattress the room was almost undr construction with new room smell still coming

Stay was comfortable. Room was clean and nice. Staff was very courteous. Overall, greatly recommended!
