Hotel Classic Residency

We were looking for a good and comfortable Hotel Classic Residency to stay in the night before catching the toy train the next day morning. We did not want to stay in a small Hotel Classic Residency near the railway station. Classic residency is the best choice. It is a modern, luxurious and spacious Hotel Classic Residency a little away from the train station which can easily be reached by hiring an innova the previous night. We also had very good dinner in the Hotel Classic Residency's restaurant which is frequently visited by locals which means the quality is good and visited pinjore gardens in the evening. Will definitely come back if we have to catch the toy train in the future.

The Hotel Classic Residency is located about 3 Km from Railway station and considered as one of the best Hotel Classic Residency in Kalka. A taxi charges you about Rs200/- from station. Room was spacious and staff is good. Ample parking space is available and Hotel Classic Residency has a good garden. We ordered dinner in room and service was prompt. We had breakfast at dinning hall and the experience was good. We had a little problem in setting AC to our comfort which was attended by staff, but that is one area which has scope of improvement. Overall rating is good.

The staff were very accommodating, friendly and followed through with anything that was needed. Unfortunately there are no tea coffee facilities in the rooms, no kettle so you have to ring through for tea etc which costs money. There were no towels or a remote for the tv when we arrived. It takes 20 minutes during january for the hot water in the shower to heat up. It has a lift so brilliant for my elderly frail mother.

Our train connections necessitated an overnight stay in Kalka. Location is a few kilometres from the train Station but that is fine. Staff were very obliging. Room was away from the main Road so it was quiet. Supermarket directly opposite the Hotel. A restaurant on site however we only ordered French fries and coffee. For a foreigner this Hotel was better than other places I had stayed at.

A very good option in a small town like pinjore. Hotel is on the road to Kalka in the centre of the city. Very near to pinjore garden. You can take local transportation to reach there if you don't have personal vehicle. About Hotel Classic Residency, good room, good facilities, food was tasty, clean rooms, infrastructure was good. A very nice place to stay.

Staff very humble helpful and attentive. One of the best Hotel Classic Residency in Kalka. Rooms are spacious, clean and linen good. Everything is very good. Staff very good and humble. Taken care to drop at station in early morning 5:20 am. Receptionist very humble person. He took effort to drop early morning at station. Very helpful.

The accessibility of the Hotel Classic Residency was good as well as the ambience of the Hotel Classic Residency was very good. It's more like a resort than a simple Hotel Classic Residency, only challenge we faced was the delay in the room service delivery in the dinner as breakfast.
