The room was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my stay pleasant. The Hotel Cliff Embassy Banquet & suites’s location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. However, there were a few issues that need addressing. Firstly, there was a noticeable cigarette smell in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant and detracted from the otherwise clean environment. It would be beneficial for the Hotel Cliff Embassy Banquet & suites to ensure that all rooms, especially the bathrooms, are thoroughly aired out and free from such odors. Additionally, the fan in my room was quite noisy, which was a bit disruptive, especially at night. A quieter fan or better maintenance could significantly improve the comfort level of the rooms. Lastly, the car parking situation could use some improvement. The parking area felt cramped, and finding a spot was sometimes challenging. Expanding the parking facilities or improving the current layout would greatly enhance the convenience for guests who drive.

We six of us stayed here on 14/6 and 15/6. Location provides proximity to all essential services. The service staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The ambiance of the entire facility is cozy. The rooms are well designed taking the comfort of the guests in view. The restaurant right at the entrance is very good and serves tasty food at a very nominal price. The tariff is very modest. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“cliff embassy” is really good place to stay for family specially. Services provided by the team is best up to the mark. Embassy is set down in a such a place where it can be easily accessible to any area of shimoga. Staying there it feels like homely in nature. However, with regard to toiletries requesting to have a better eye. Being a happy customer i recommend to my friends and relatives to dive in to cliff.

It was nice stay for 3 nights, breakfast, lunch thali was superb. Good service with smile. Nonveg restaurant was also good. The following things to be maintained. 1. No cups, spoons or mugs kept at coffee setup. As per occupancy they should keep amenities 2. No glasses. 3. Bathroom amenities not as per occupancy. 4. Room cleaning to be requested else they don't clean. 5. Linen in room was quiet old.

Location of the property is very good. Parking is available. Rooms are plenty big for a family of 2 or 3.

Over all it is very good third time i am staying here, so i recommend that staying here is good but only issue is about complimentary break fast.
