Everything was fine. Room was on 2nd floor. from there view was not great

location was excellent , staff was very courtious , food was very nice . one hotel in shimla which has all. good bars and cafe, beautiful sitting areas at almost all floors , all eating olaces have the best food and location. The bar at the 5th floor matches the best bar in shimla. live music adds an extra flavour to the dining experience.Best hotel on the mall to stay with own lifts.

Rooms are great specially super deluxe. Plenty of Paid parking is just opposite of the hotel.

Combermere is a perfect hotel if you are visiting with family and want easy access to mall road,jakhu temple,lakkar bazar,ridge, delicious food and breweries. Rooms are very good,bathroom needs an upgrade..i am sure they will work on it . restaurant,lounges are too good.live singer was there.. environment was perfect for holiday,very lively Good decision to stay in this hotel..staff is very supportive.you will get a discount for food if you stay in this hotel. So over all a perfect deal

I booked super deluxe at that time it shows breakfast including but after I booked it shows without breakfast . Why a person spend a hefty amount for stay and didn’t get the breakfast its disappointing. Rest the only positive point is that is is close to the mall mall road and ridge . Rest service is not soo awesome . I don’t find it value for money

The Best Part of the Hotel is its connectivity...a private lift..which helps you to escape all the hassle...The food is also great..it has 4 restaurants...different kinds. The Hotel staff is also courteous..the ones at restaurant are the best...two ladies handling the same. Ones at games and gym are also very nice. Vallet Parking helps you a lot...Drivers and security at entrance are also very nice... Overall....best experience....!!! In

it was rather pleasant and the biggest USP is that they have a private life that takes one directly to Mall road

होटल की लिफ्ट मॉल रोड से जुडी है।और रेस्टोरेंट बढ़िया है। कमरों का रेट कमरों के हिसाब से बहुत ज्यादा है।बाथरूम ठीक नहीं था। होटल के कमरे मच्छर बहुत थे। कंप्लेंट के बावजूद ऑल आउट या गुड नाइट नहीं मिली।दुबारा भविष्य में कभीनहीं रुकना चाहूंगा

Hotel’s ambiance too good. Location ,food and all the services are up to the mark. It’s good is delicious and hotel’s staff is polite and supportive. Location of the hotel is so good.

Hotel is good, food, restaurants and Cafe are fine. Good location and private lift puts it among the best on mall road. But choosing Suite was a disappointment as thought the room is very spacious but it is completely closed. No ventilation and zero view. Infact if you remove the curtain the view is horrible.

The food was delicious in all the restaurants at the hotel, we really enjoyed the food. The rooms weren’t that good as we expected.

I found our stay at Combermere very comfortable. The staff and management was very courteous. The room was very tidy and clean. Washroom was also clean and well maintained with proper arrangements for hot water etc. location of the hotel is it's one of the highlights as it's exactly in the centre of mall road and so all the major sights in shimla are easily accessible. We had ordered in room dining and food is good but found it a bit costly. The views , breakfast staff and accessibility to mall road was key highlights

Stay was very comfortable. Staff was courteous and polite.. housekeeping staff was very efficient. All restaurants were very good and served good menus. Buffet breakfast was also very good.

Bad experience in hotel. No cleaning in my room, no dentel kit, extra water bottle, bad behaved from staff

The description mentioned valley views for the room, the view from was of literally garbage.
