Hotel Comfy Capetown

The staff were well behaving, polite and fulfilled our needs even at late hours. I stayed there for 8 nights and i beas comfortable throughout the stay. Room-service was provided and there was water heater in my room so it was eay for me to bath even on cold mornings. Had a big bed, a mirror a wardrobe with 3 hangers and a table with 2 chairs in the room. I got this room for 660/night (including taxes) and i feel it economical. The only negative felt were the condition of door lock. It's a bit hard to lock it sometimes. But our luggages will be safe and it's assured by the staff members overall they deserve a 4. 5/5 rating from my side.

Hello i was not really happy when i entered inside the room for the very first time. There was some sort of a suffocating smell. Once i opened the window then it was comfortable. The stay was safe. There are nearby restaurants and shopping places. I came to write an exam at a nearby college, so the atmosphere inside the room was also good to study. The room had a solar heater and hence hot water was available till 7 pm. Overall the stay was good

I always choose comfy whenever i go ernakulam.. because I never feel i am in a Hotel Comfy Capetown ..i can sleep well as my room at home.. I always suggest for this Hotel Comfy Capetown because the service they provide is best and affordable..especially the staff behaviour is so well and friendly..so i always choose comfy Capetown for my kochin visit..thank you each and everybody for your support for my stay be comfortable 👍👍👍🙏

Hotel comfy capetown is at a prime location, we stopped there for 2-3 hours to freshen up and leave. The rooms were pretty clean and the staff was very friendly. Clean and spacious rooms, service available 24*7. There was a electric power issue on my floor at midnight 3 and caretaker came for help in no time and issue was resolved with any hurdles. I recommend this Hotel Comfy Capetown for everyone and specially to the people who want to stay in room near to ernakulam junction railway station

Excellent staff at front desk. Even the other staff. Only thing needed is set rules for all travellers that sound is prohibited after certain time. As people do need rest and sleep. Food was good. Staff of the Hotel Comfy Capetown is brilliant. Parking is issue but can't be done much due to location it is.

Booked it for a night, Staff was quite co-operative and helped in checking in late at night as our train 🚆 arrived late. The was okay to stay for 3, room was small but it was okay for a night. overall Good for a couple and family ☺️

Perfect place for group travellers

No inhouse restaurant but plenty of places around to eat. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean and maintained very well. Wonderful place to stay.

Stayed with my wife and 9 year old daughter for 5 nights. Neat place. Well maintained. Centre of the city. Near to ernakulam railway junction. Good choices of vegetarian restaurants near.
