budget friendly hotel. however our hotel location was changed on first day without any prior info and booking another hotel at last moment was not easy. so had to go ahead with revised location. breakfast timing around 10 am, not good.

Washroom is not clean properly bedding is too hard

One of the worst hotel in south kolkata. AC doesnt work and no action taken by management. They like to just say we cant do anything. No customer service. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST.

The room was ok. But the bathroom was in very bad condition. Hand shower was not working. Exhaust fan was not working. And so many problems. Hate this property

Everything right from the check in was very smooth. Even the staff were very much corporative. But when it comes to the room, The bed wasn't good at all. Even the TV wasn't working. My Main issue was with the bed only. i asked to change the room the staff couldn't as they said there weren't any other rooms available.

Location okay but facilities not good

The location was excellent but the room was very small . and one more thing hygiene not up to the marks. have to change the bad sheet and pillow cover urgently.

The room was different from pictures shown, the bedsheets were so dirty with stains can share pictures I booked room for hardly 4 hrs was disappointed. The staff was very helpfull and polite supportive. The food was tasty

The property is in very close proximity to the VFS which is a big advantage for people going for visa appointments. More or less the cleanliness was fine. Food was avg. It could have been better at the price they are charging. Also the room freshener that they used was too strong so for someone like me who's allergic to strong fragrances they need to be considerate.

Who are seating in reception they do not have any customer centric approach, they are just for tick mark activity. I stayed there 4 days but this is the last time. Will never come again.

Worst stay ever, room has the worst bed sheets and linens out there, the food is terrible the fish fry was raw and even the chicken kasha was very bad the curry was not cooked properly even the morning tea was so bad and had too much sugar pre mixed. They don’t even allow outside food, don’t spend your money on this hotel, even the towels are worthless. Had to buy a new towel. Rooms are very dirty. And constant sound of water coming from AC vents.

it shouldn't be MMT's top recommendation, it's a cheap ,3rd grade hotel. Doesn't Even have proper mattress and pillows in the rooms , the pillows stink ,and the spring in the mattress pinch in the back , the only good thing they had, was their staffs who were courteous and polite . Being cheap is not a problem, looking cheap is . you want people to stay in their hotel plz have proper beds and sheets , they shouldn't stink.
