Hotel Cool Palace

My cousins had referred this Hotel Cool Palace to me as they travel regularly for work n stay here. It's in the market area so you get all necessary things around. Service was very good, the staff took my luggage rite from the car till my room n back. Its a good budget Hotel Cool Palace, the room was not a fancy one but still good enough for a night stay or two. Toilet was clean and hot water was available round the clock. Only thing is you had to let go of water till the hot water starts coming n then let it flow till everyone is done taking shower. My room no was 206. It was peaceful with no mosquitoes. I stayed here on the 14-12-23. Room service a call away n polite staff so full marks on that. I even ordered food from out which got delivered to my room with a staff accompanying the delivery guy for safety. There is food available at the Hotel Cool Palace as well. So overall a good n comfortable stay. Only one suggestion is the mattress needs shampooing n cleaning as i found it stained while changing the bedsheet.

Hotel is at mg road. Good Hotel Cool Palace at such rate. Hotel staff were good and helpful. Everything is easily accessible from here. There are good restaurant like shilpa thali, jagganath, kulkarni pavbhaji at a 500 meter distance. Also rickshaw are available where you have to bargain the rate for your destination. Trimbakeshwar we have paid 500 and for someshwar we have paid 130. Cbs bus stand is at a distance of 1. 5 km

Stay was good but no toilet facet, so it was worst. This was the big drawback. Remaining all good, staff good, big room and clean. Good service. Good complimentary breakfast.
There is no common faucets in bathroom. It was really worst. This was very big drawback of this Hotel Cool Palace, but still I gave good rating because I like MakeMyTrip.

The rooms are big & cosy and bathroom was clean and spacious. The Hotel Cool Palace is located on main road. It has safe parking facilities and the tourist places & restaurants are nearby in a 2km range. Staff was polite and service was good

Located in prime area, near to cloth market, good cleanliness of room & bathroom. Good food at reasonable price. Behavior of all staffs was nice & cooperative good stay with family. Good connectivity from nashik road station & all major tourist attractions. . Overall satisfied with all amenities provided by Hotel Cool Palace.

Good stay, clean Hotel Cool Palace and polite staff especially Hotel Cool Palace manager helped for early check in for our guest traveled form long distance. Also allowed to keep language in one room post check out time as we booked 7 rooms for entire family. Really appreciated cooperative nature of Hotel Cool Palace manager.

I stayed in this Hotel Cool Palace twice, 1st time at stay here in 2019, as i know this location is very convenient for travelling, most of the holy places is nearby to this Hotel Cool Palace, we have very good Hotel Cool Palace as Hotel Cool Palace annapurna, we have fave ice cream spot. Must visit place

Very good stay. It's located kind center in city. Hotel rooms were clean. Staff was pol-lite here. Food services are affordable and quality was good. I used in peek season so can say value for money. You can use this property for stay just nothing to enjoy other things. Overall it was good.

It was a work stay, the location is good, centrally placed, the breakfast taste should be improved. Service is prompt and co-operative.
There was a problem in water tap on the sink, i informed them and it was put right in short time.
