Breakfast timing was too late. We had done the booking with breakfast included. But they provide breakfast after 8. 30 am which was too late as we need to start for site seeing. Hence we were not able to have the breakfast for two days even-though we had paid for it

Uncivilized behaviour by staff. First they said a glass was missing to which we already mentioned where it was but they still said it was missing and when I went and checked they had taken it to their kitchen when asked they behaved as if they didn't know. then they said there are stains on the blanket which can't be washed and they have to purchase a new blanket. The entire conversation was baseless they just wantedextra money from us. they were extremely informal with us in words . Would have rated in negative if there was an option

familyRooms are good, the service staff were helpful and courteous. There was a kitchen sink in the room, which was good. The rooms are not sound proof enough, so when someone speaks in the corridor it was disturbing our sleep. Breakfast is not really a restaurant in the hotel, instead they get the parcels from a nearby restaurant.
