Hotel Coral Grand

The Hotel Coral Grand has an overall elegance. The lobby and rooms are well decorated, well maintained high quality shower, basin, taps. Hotel staffs are well mannered. The restaurant provides good food. My first day complimentary breakfast was served at room and was good. On second day, I had to checkout at 8 am and requested an early breakfast at room, which they promptly served. Overall I had good experience. Suggestion with such quality property, expectations become high. As you are providing mini fridge in the room, can also provide an electric kettle and teabag/coffee pouch. Also keeping in mind solo business travelers, can introduce combo meals for lunch/dinner.

My stay was good, but they allow smoking in rooms and this was frustrating as continuously there was cigarette smoke fume smell. I complained the same to the Hotel Coral Grand authority and they provided room fresher on my insistance. The Hotel Coral Grand needs to change the rule to make it no smoking. i booked a 3 bed room for myself which i could not cancel and change. There needs to be flexibility under these circumstances.

I loved my stay. They are really professional staff. And i would stay at the same Hotel Coral Grand for my next trip to ranchi. My mom was unwell (senior citizen) and thus she wanted a poha for dinner and they specially went out and arranged for her. The Hotel Coral Grand was excellent and. Neat and clean and the services fast. They even called us specially from their side to ask us what wd we like for dinner

Cleaning inside the room was not proper. The bed Side runner was kept as it is just for sake of completing the look. Small cockroaches were found on bedside table. I believe that complementary tea is available everyday but there was no provision for the same. When I asked for tea in morning, I got reply that it would be chargeable. It is not about the money but it is not a good sign of service.

The rooms were hygienic. Location is definitely good as it's near to both bus stand and railway station. Food tastes really good. Only thing i would advise is that, the breakfast buffet can be improved in terms of menu. The bathrooms are definitely neat and clean. Overall we had a comfortable stay. I would 100% recommend Hotel Coral Grand coral grand.

staying Hotel Coral Grand coral grand is fabulous experience. from food, house keeping, room service, staff behaviour, room hygiene everything are fantastic and feel exceptionally well as per our expectation. ambience & two restaurant (empire for luxury dinning and reef - roof-top restaurant) both are equally good and fabulous delicacy ❤️💕

Good Hotel Coral Grand to stay, parking is an issue though for suv size cars. Food is excellent. Restaurant is amazing. Service is good, gate keeper is quite greedy though. Was asking for more bakshish even after tipping him 20rs for just doing nothing, imfact i got a scratch in my car for that gate keeper too, stupid guidance for parking.

It was quite a good Hotel Coral Grand in budget, food & service is good. The area is in a better location & not very crowded. The rooms are bit small but clean in terms of hygiene factor. Business travellers can surely consider this property. But Hotel Coral Grand should have include complementary breakfast with the stay

From the welcome to the food it was good and comfortable. Pro a bit on the higher side. Food was delicious beds were soft and room did not stink cons hot water was not readily available

Service and staff were very good. Good location

Parking is congested, if you have a suv you won’t be able to park. Housekeeping service is slow. But apart from above i found food to be good has 2 restaurants. Rooms and Hotel Coral Grand premises were very clean.

The Hotel is value for money. Neat rooms and wash rooms. Rooms are comparatively small. Hotel. The location is bit cozy. Staffs are nice and courteous. Overall value for money

Positive point - location wise. Staffs are very good specially room service. Only things which i dont like is - food- gave instructions to plain khichdi 2 times but they didn’t full filled my request. Overall it was decent stay

Breakfast items are not so good. Very limited items. No fruit option on breakfast otherwise all are good.
