Hotel Cosmopolitan

Very small congested elevator, room not tidy, iron and board not available as mentioned on booking receipt, food not up to the mark, television not working even after requesting reception about it issue was not resolved.

Overall experience: A good, successful booking for a five-day business trip. Room quality: The room was good, with a positive mention of its spaciousness and excellent cleanliness. It was comfortable and well-maintained, making it suitable for a business traveler. Service: The service was satisfactory, with no negative feedback reported. Location is great, Staff is friendly and cordial. Room is musty and carpets are dirty. Ventilator exhaust fan doesn’t work in the bathroom. No eggs in breakfast (not clearly mentioned before).

Good location, decent rooms, good complimentary breakfast. Staff were polite and cooperative. The property is good but showing signs of ageing.

Dirty rags in room the rooms are quite old cockroaches in restraunt table not a good experience not worth the money at all

1. Overall hotel was good but they don't ask whether u need combined bed or two separate bed they allot according to their wish 2. Housekeeping people were little slow in service

Basic problems like wifi working and tv not working was not addressed had requested but not even someone bothered to come

The room was clean, spacious, all worked good- hot water, ac, kettle. Nice and helpful staff. Overall i had a good experience and would be happy to come back next time i am in ahmedabad.
