Rooms were poor. Even after going for an upgraded executive room it was not nice at all. Drainage issues in washroom. Room service is very slow as well. Has shown different pictures on site and it’s different in person

only location is plus point otherwise poor service ,non hygine,. I was book 1 premium room for 2 nights for 2 person and buy they provide us lower grade room also frigh and working table was part of my book but in hotel they have not provide both the amenities. I will not book this hotel in future.

Extremely dirty and unhygienic rooms with stinky washrooms

The rooms are extremely dirty and unhygienic. We stayed there for two nights. The washroom was very stinky and dirty with stains everywhere. The flush of washroom continued to eject water till we had to call room service to repair it. Dirty and used bed linen were used. AC was not working. I think we had the most terrible experience we ever had with a hotel stay. Overall a very disappointing experience. I would never recommend this property for stay especially if you are accompanying with your family and have small kids, it's very unhygienic. They are taking all advantage of visitors who are booking through online apps as they pay all the booking amount in advance. I would request Makemytrip to seriously review the feedback
