HOTEL COSTA LAND

It is a very clean hotel. Very well maintained by the hotel management. It is in a prime location with auto and cab facilities available at the door step.

Hotel location is good and room is small but neat. Budget wise good and is at the centre of the visiting places in Port Blair. Not suitable for elderly people as the lift can be accessed from 1st floor only.

Hotel is located 15 minutes away from airport by car. They helped us to arranged car for airport transfer and other travelling sight seen. All basis amenities are available in the hotel including hot water. Room was precious in size and was very clean. Food was not available in hotel but they provide menucard of nearby hotels and food can deliver into the room. Staff was very polite and provide good services. we stayed in this hotel for 4 days and our stay was excellent. would recommend this hotel to others also.

Excellent location. Stone's throw from Aberdeen click tower where the markwt pla e, eateries and tourist spots are located. Asit Sarkar was a super help . With inclement weather for 03 days Ross Island and North Bay island tourist boat rides were cancelled and no boats were leaving from Aberdeen Jetty. Asit made a special arrangemebt for us whereby at the last minute we got tickets for a huge ship ride to Ross Island and North Bay island on MV Silver Sea ship from Junglighat. Fab trip. Room was nice and clean. The AC location could be better. There is no warddrobe and no restaurant. But food can be easily ordered from nearby Hotel Ram Niwas for meals and Andhra Hotel for breakfast. There is no sound of Azan on loudpeakers even though the mosque is nearby and overall area is spick and span. 48 facilities and amenities most not present. Make My Trip please update the Room facilities. Only basic facilities provided. Overall a good stay and will definitely recommend it to others simply because of its well connected location.

Had a great stay at Hotel Costa Land in Port Blair. The rooms were neat and clean, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to the market and main spots. Very affordable and comfortable stay. Highly recommend for budget travellers!

The rooms were neat and clean. The staff was helpful. We booked 2 rooms here. it is at walking distance to cellular jail. Even the jetty point for Ross island and north bay Island is at walking distance. The hotel is situated in the center of the market. Food options are easily available there.

booked for 1 night but as my stay was very comfortable I continued for 2 more nights. thanks for such a wonderful experience. I strongly recommend hotel costa land for other guests also...

This hotel is very good for stay, talking about the location it is in mid market which is very good,food facility is available and the staffs are very cooperative fpr every thing.

Room was good but washroom too smailing and basic things like sleepers were not available

Overall the experience was genuinely nice! The guy who provided us with all the services was very helpful and he had a very kind and good nature. He was very active and energetic!

Hotel Costa Land is a beautiful place to stay in Port Blair. Despite being located in the main market place, it is very peaceful and nice place to stay. Although, the hotel does not have a restaurant, there are food outlets in the vicinity.

I had visited the hotel with my wife . And the manager of the hotel and also ground staff of the hotel is so helpful to us.

AC cooling and ac placement in room has a concern. Restaurant is not available and apart from that good place to Stay . Very prominent place in Andaman.

Hotel Costa Land in Port Blair is located in a nice place in the market area but away from the hustle and bustle of the market. Calm and safe place to stay at reasonable price. Staff are courteous and rooms are neat and clean and adequate in size. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Hotel costa land Property is very much near to main Bazar Aberdeen Bazar and cellular jail and we had lunch and dinner at Ram Nivas hotel which is very much walkable distance just few feets away. The facilities are not that much but on request they will provide such as tea, coffee etc
