The room and amenities were clean, smoothly working and enough for couples. The food was quite good, complementary breakfast also was served nicely. The staff were very prompt and polite as well. The plus point is its location, I have stayed there earlier also but I have to admit they have improvised.

The room was okay, but the bedsheet they are using is colourful with foul smelling, a blanket they have not changed. Regarding the food quality and cooperation, the food was good and reasonable and such a price. I personally do not recommend going there to anyone.

The room was not good,the door lock was broken, the bathroom was not clean properly, the bedsheet was in very critical condition so I changed it.food quality is good and food prices are less.The price and the room didn't match, strictly recommended not to book this property.

Stay at Hotel Cosy Inn was average. The gates of the hotel closed at 10:30 PM. At a tourist destination this seems very weird. Rooms were okay, passable for a night. Didn't try food, can't comment. Would strongly recommend for the property to change this timings.

Dear Mr. Chowdhury, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay. The room size provided was 120 sq. ft., exactly as mentioned on our website. You had booked two roomsâone with a balcony and one without. Normally, if any guest is not satisfied with their allocated room, we try our best to change it as per availability. However, since your booking was during Independence Day (15th August), the hotel was fully occupied and a room change was unfortunately not possible. As a gesture, we provided you with an early check-in at 6:00 AM without any additional charges, which is not commonly extended. Regarding the air-conditioning, it was functioning properly throughout your stay, and no complaint was raised at the time. In this weather, it would have been impossible to stay in the room if the AC was not working. The beds provided were queen-sized, which is standard and comfortable for two guests. We always strive to deliver the best possible experience to our guests, and we request that reviews reflect the actual circumstances so that other travelers receive a fair and accurate picture.
