Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn

Room not as described, AC not working at all and nothing done to change this situation. If I select when booking, a room with AC I expect it to be with AC. The reception just told me that at this price I can't have AC and that it is the Makemytrip mistake to include it. Then they should not register with this company if they can't manage the room facilities online properly. Staying two days there with the over 36 degree heat, was very exhausting. I was in transit, had some business to do so no time to change Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn. I wasn't offered an other room as Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn was full. And this room was prepaid. I complained many times to the reception. They just sent a boy up in my room turn the switch on and off of the Dinosaur style old AC box in the window that was just blowing air. Worst of all, I was blamed for the situation (booking a cheap room through Makemytrip, my fault they say), and that is very poor customer care. So finish my ranting. Aside from that it is a cute clean place, set in a backstreet, close to the Paharganj action but very quiet. I saw the other rooms, they looked clean and nicely setup and best of all with a modern working AC unit.

The Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn people from reception and service guys are very polite. The service guys are just too good. They are available to take orders until midnight. The food from their restaurant is of good quality and nominal to the locality. The location is bit bad with a dumpyard at opposite to the entrance but everything else in the Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn overrides the negative. Also, the linens and bedding could have been little more cleaner. Stayed with my extended family of 8 along with a kid and liked the Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn much. The Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn is at a walking distance to RK ashram metro station. The Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn is located in main bazaar which is full of good quality eateries and bars. Would definitely recommend this Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn to others.

I was booked this Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn for one night which is very near to are k ashram metro station. The room size is good when I check in they showed me 2 room and no doubt both were good clean they clearly maintain hygiene. Me very surprised to see their washroom which was really very neat and clean. Their staff including reception and all were very polite and supporting... Food quality is also good... So overall the Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn was good.

Good value for money, budget Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn for tourists. Staff is very friendly and service is also very good. Location is also good to get to prime locations within the city as metro station is near at 2-5 minutes walking distance. But the Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn menu little bit over priced as compared to local Hotel Cottage Ganga Inns. Overall a very nice stay, I will recommend to anyone tourist or anyone visiting the city.

Perfect example of hospitality at economical cost- clean room & friendly staff and management. I was in Delhi for business meeting so I need it for few hours only very fast press ironing service thanks to manager! When I came back to after Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn I was hurry as m running out of time to my return journey they give me fast check-out It's just behind closed khanna talkies - near from Rk ashram metro station.

My family stay at cottagegangainn and they told me that it was excellent stay, every thing was prefect beside the entrance to the Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn, there is every thing is very good, and my family is realise that the entrance also they can not do nothing because it is government property, and my family was so happy with the Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn staff, so thanks to cottagegangainn.

Located in in Paharn Ganj. Markets & restaurants nearby. Close to new Delhi railway station and the metro line to the airport & northern bus station. Also, within walking distance of connaught place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food served in room are good quality & not expensive. Renovations taking place at present, so there is noise and the rooftop restaurant is temporarily closed.

Its a good Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn to stay. Location is good near New Delhi railway station. So wherever you want to visit you can just take nearby metro from RK ashram marg or from New Delhi metro station. Room is located away from road. So you can expect peaceful surrounding across Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn. Service is also good. Room are kept well cleaned. Good for family/single stay.

Highly recommended. Booked it by just seeing the photographs and reviews of makemytrip. My entire family is happy about the Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn especially my wife. Location is very much closer to RK Ashram Metro. Nice one. Will book the same Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn if I come to Delhi again. Everything is fine but little costly.

Overall a nice place for tourist and family. May not be best for solo travelers in a rush.

The Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn location was fantastic. The room was cosy and comfortable. The food was tasty. The Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn was neat and clean. Room service was perfect. All in all it was a nice stay. I will recommend others to stay in this Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn as it a budget hot with all the amenities which a tourist needs.

Stay was good will sure go again if they improve little service fast and improve cleanliness. Otherwise Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn is good staff is also good. Location wise is also good. Charges are little high as per service standards. Charges should reduce and improve complimentary services.
