Hotel Cozzy Palace

​Let me be brutally honest: if you are considering staying at this hotel, run in the other direction. This is a public service announcement. I booked this hotel and I regret every single penny I paid in advance. My stay was an unmitigated disaster from the moment I walked in. ​The room was nothing short of a horror show. The bed was crawling with bedbugs, and rats were scurrying around as if they owned the place. The bathroom was even worse, filled with a sickening, rotten smell of rat's excrement that made it completely unusable. It was a filthy, unhygienic nightmare. ​I complained to the staff, who, to their credit, offered to change my room. I thought this might solve the problem, but I was tragically wrong. They moved me once, then a second time, and finally a third time, but each room was a carbon copy of the last—infested with pests and stinking of decay. The circumstances were consistently, horrendously the same. ​I have never felt so utterly ripped off and disappointed. I paid for a service that was not only inadequate but genuinely unsafe and disgusting. Save your money, your health, and your sanity. Never, ever book this hotel.

I had booked for one night stay at this hotel. The room which i was given was like a match Box with no ventilation not even a single window totally safocating . AC was very slow not working properly it is not a hotel it's a jail

The rooms are very small. They have no split beds for co workers staying in the same room. The cleanliness is poor and rooms are only cleaned upon request. There is no fix schedule for cleaning. The pictures show bigger rooms but the ones offered are smaller.

My husband and I had a truly appalling experience at the Cozzy Palace. We checked in yesterday, hoping for a quick refresh after a long journey, but were met with utterly unacceptable conditions. The bedsheets were torn, a thick layer of dust covered surfaces, and, most disturbingly, the toilet was unflushed and soiled. Due to our time constraints, we were unable to complain at the time, but this was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this establishment.

Hotel is good but not hygenic. Found cockroaches in the room roaming around. Cleanliness is poor

The hotel charged ₹500 for checking in 2 hours early. Is this correct?

to find entrance and the elevated to reach the hotel is like finding the eighth planet on the world the hotel i believe is in renovation the reception staff is very unfriendly as they were not keen or interested to help me once they came to me. I had to wait for 40 minutes to get my room allocated it’s such a small room, difficult to move to use the wardrobe or to come out of the bed the toilet doesn’t has basic requirements tv is not working because tata sky recharge is not being made after waiting for one hour and requesting also they said we will check tomorrow morning there is no room service or housekeeping staff there is no single chair to sit or a table even to have any food in the room

Room is so small and not clean room and no family stay safety and also not supportive staff please look into metter
