It is a nice Hotel Crawford Inn. The rooms and toilets are clean. The staff is cooperative. The Hotel Crawford Inn's location is an added advantage. It is a walk away from marine drive, pizza by the bay. The Hotel Crawford Inn is connected to ustaadi l, a famous sobo restaurant. It serves great non-veg food and is open till 4 am. All in all, it is a good deal for a mid-segment Hotel Crawford Inn. The Hotel Crawford Inn's food could have been better, however if you are mumbai better have food from the streets or other Hotel Crawford Inn. Totally recommend for business trips.

The location of Hotel Crawford Inn was right in heart of mumbai walking distance from cs-mt and churchgate local stations, my staying experience was good, i was on a holiday trip with my wife. My room was near and clean, bathroom too was tidy. Room service was good. Hotel staff was helpful, i checked out but used clock room for 10 hours, they allowed me to use guest bathroom afterwards. The breakfast only had two options and was boring, i won't suggest to opt that option. You have better option right around Hotel Crawford Inn. Rest was good. I enjoyed my stay.

One of the best place to stay with Family & Friends. Location is so near by CSTM & Market area is walk able. Plus they allow you to keep your luggage in locker room even after check Out with all Safety measures & receipt which can provide hassle free shopping. Staff is very cooperative & Helpful. Rooms are so neat & Clean along with good linens. Go for deluxe room if you need big space. Worth booking at Crawford Inn Hotel.

This Hotel Crawford Inn is excellently located; just beside cs-mt railway station. The deluxe room that i had opted for was located in the 9th floor and was quite cosy. The bathroom was neat and clean and all the amenities were properly working. Staff members were all very polite and cooperative. Overall a very stay-able property in mumbai in a very reasonable budget.

This is a combination of old plus new kind of Hotel Crawford Inn. Some of the floors are very old and some of them are very new. The breakfast was terrible. In fact, they don't have any good food options. But the location is close to south bombay, so for 1 day it is a good stay. But the food options are very limited.

The rooms was clean and comfortable to stay. The Hotel Crawford Inn was near to the cs t station (1 km away. Breakfast provided by the Hotel Crawford Inn was very good. They offered a small bowl of water melon to my 2 year old as a compliment. Very good stay for 2 days.

Room is cosy, well maintained, toilet is good, ac, tv are ok. Staffs are nice, well behaved. No in-house restaurant. Foods are brought from outside restaurant, which is very costly and very spicy oily etc. Inhouse breakfast is good. Over-all the stay is good.

The Hotel Crawford Inn rooms are good. Washroom is decent. Even the check in and check out was fast. The one area is concerning a bit is cafeteria sofas/chairs which are a bit damaged- felt like not clean. But overall a good Hotel Crawford Inn to stay.

The stay was really pleasant. As soon as you enter the Hotel Crawford Inn you will feel the great ambiance of the place. Very neat and clean.

Right in the heart of the city and to the point. However, the Hotel Crawford Inn should arrange to pay food bill during check out not during the stay time after each meal.

I have booked 2 deluxe rooms, one room was as advertised and spacious, however the other room was small and crammed, the lockers were not functional, Hotel Crawford Inn and rooms are well maintained though. The staff are cordial and service is good

Room was good and clean washroom was also clean but matters were not clean properly. Staff and food were nice

The stay was good, but the rooms were a little small to be honest. I was upgraded to executive from standard but it was small for me so i wonder how it would be for a standard room.

Their Hotel Crawford Inn location is fair enough. The food quality is good, also i suggested to give a juice tetra instead of maaza. Service is good.
