Hotel Crestwood

The Hotel Crestwood is very professional. The guards are always ready to open the gate for you(even if you tell them not to because you feel like vip person lol. There will always be difference between the photo and the actual view. The staff is professional and organized. My room was clean everything was in order. I felt the food was overpriced although it was super yummy. I could not order food from outside in the Hotel Crestwood. I went around there were places with good food. Also the Hotel Crestwood didn’t serve chai /. I also didn’t like the fact that i have to pay everything right away when i order it eg water bottle or food etc. It would be nicer if they can collect everything at the time of checkout.

I traveled to kolkata 10-12 sep. 2023 and i opted for buffet breakfast. Initially, i checked in a9. In the evening when i wanted to go outside i found that the window was not locked because there was a lock problem, i asked the staff to change my room and they immediately provided me with b8. That was much better and everything was in order. I lived comfortably there, net speed is quite good 80-90mbps and free of cost. Food is yummy, ****er pane-er masala and honey-chilli potato were awesome since i am a vegetarian. I will recommend and for future journey i will opt it again. No problem at all. Thank you. Good Hotel Crestwood if looking for a budget yet bang for your buck. Rooms are clean, and staff is helpful. Location too a good. The entry level room bed is a little small for 2 people but people can adjust if budget is too tight. Recommended if looking for an ac, hygienic Hotel Crestwood around. For the Hotel Crestwood, a feedback is that they can look into some solutions to reduce moisture in their rooms a bit. That would make a 9. 5/10

i will give 5 🌟 for the location. just book a prepaid taxi for 7 point,park circus and you can easily reach the Hotel Crestwood. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. I haven't tried the food here because i wanted to explore other places. The one drawback, the rooms were smallso comparatively it was really costly as i paid for the normal room.

And taxi, cab is easily available. 1. 5 km to park street metro is at walkable distance through lavish park street lane Hotel Crestwood staffs are very helpful i and ethical. Overall it's a worth stay. I will surely recommend to my friends

The Hotel Crestwood is located in the heart of kolkata’s most happening place, park street. It is a budget Hotel Crestwood with great amenities and amazing polite staff. They are very flexible with checkin outs and the food is also good. I recommend anyone travel-ling to kolkata to try this Hotel Crestwood out.

Hotel was really good, the food of the Hotel Crestwood as well, the staff members were very good, was welcome with warmth.

Hotel is best in kolkata city with morning breakfast also given with higher price but i opted for no meal morning and the stay is good

Hotel receptionist was humble as well as the other staffs. Room was quite well considering the prize.

The Hotel Crestwood is in a good location very near to the netaji subhash chandra bose international airport. The staffs there are very welcoming they make us feel at home and the service they gave is also very good. And it is very clean which favor me the most

5 star for the entire Hotel Crestwood staff. Very friendly and polite. Food from restaurant and breakfast was also very good. Room where i stayed was ok. Bathroom was congested. Overall nice place to stay.
