Hotel Crosslane

Hotel is nicely located near Power House. Important points like bus stand, railway station, Dargah, Ana lake are nearby and can be even accessed by auto rickshaws. Hotel staff is friendly. They even upgraded the room based to availability. The quality of food on order is good but certainly very costly. In fact, the quality is far better than high street but costly. The complimentary breakfast is reasonably okay. In general this place is a Paradise for spicy food lovers. You have to categorically inform the cook for low spice food in case you opt otherwise. Travelling to Pushkar is hassle free from this location, which takes roughly about 30 minutes by auto rickshaws. We were allotted room. It was good except for ventilation. When you enter from outside, we feel very hot and humid inside the room. One has to be very careful of pick pockets. On our visit to dark ah in the night, we came across 4 different incidents of pick pockets at the nearby police station of Ajmer Dargah. Overall the Hotel Crosslane is decently placed with good staff.
The room, though good in other aspects, lacked in ventilation. It was warm humid whenever you enter from outside. Same was brought to the notice of Hotel Crosslane management.

Very good property and very helpful staff, only issue is with restaurant. They have only 3 or 4 staff which is required to enhanced. But they are also very courteous and helpful. Very neat and clean rooms. They provide all items same as a 5 star Hotel Crosslane in your washroom so no need to carry towels or soaps. Nearby market is also very good. And main point is it's located in heart of city so if you want to go anywhere it's very easy. There guard is also very helpful and calls for autos or taxi if u require. Service is very good. Reception is very helpful. 100 marks

It was my second visit to Ajmer and I again chose Hotel cross lane due to its prompt service and delicious food. Hotel staff was very cooperative and friendly. If you are visiting Ajmer you must stay at Hotel cross lane only. Hotel front desk arranged our Pushkar visit as well. They extended our checkout time for some time as my 1 year old kid was with us and our train was in the afternoon. Thanks Hotel cross lane.

Excellent stay with superb helping staff.
I stayed for the first time in this Hotel it was a pleasant, comfortable, excellent, and superb stay. Staff at reception is very very helpful, they helped us and was always ready to help us. Food is nice and tasty. Other staff is also very polite, and helpful. Room is very comfortable, nice, very clean, bathroom is also very clean. Keep up the good work.

Good ambience great location very near to railway Station. Room was very spacious and clean. Beautiful view of Hills from the room. Staff are very polite and helpful. Food quality was not that great. Service was good, overall a great stay. I will definitely recommend this Hotel everyone visiting Ajmer.

I read a lot of reviews for this Hotel Crosslane. Believe me when i tell you this. Its an awesome Hotel Crosslane. Its neat abd clean. The toilets are very well kept. Food is good. The air conditioning is upto the mark. If u are planning for a visit to ajmer. This is the Hotel Crosslane for u to stay.

The room was good. Lift was not working. Luckily we stayed in 2nd floor and there was also a service lift. It took an inordinately long time to serve a cup of tea. Staff are good and courteous. Had lunch and food is decent though only vegetarian fare is available in the restaurant at ground floor.

Good Hotel Crosslane, ideal location, good food, good in cleanliness but, one negative thing i.e. In one of the known rooftop restaurants they allow smoking which is in appropriate, since they are family places which people seeks for enjoyment.
