Hotel Crown

It is a good stay. The market is downstairs and good shops are nearby. The hotel rates are reasonable and good is good.

Dirty rooms. Dusty corridors. Poor air conditioner. Noisy environment. Lift was not working properly.

Located centrally very close to Golden Temple but bed linen was dirty at the time of checkin. It had not been changed after previous check out.

The hotel was good, staff was good, rooms were good. This is on main road and 1 km from Golden temple. I booked the room for 1450 Rs.

We stay for one night only and reached hotel in late evening,however we were welcomed and helped by hotel staff. Hotel reception had helped us to resolve all our queries. Hotel is located on main road of hall bazar gate. Rooms are spacious and maintained. Overall we can say it is budget friendly hotel.

The receptionist lady was so rude, we had to wait 50 mins at the reception because our room was not ready even though the time was clocked in. She was forcing us to change our room to a bigger one which costs more. When we reached our room, it smelled like smoke and was not cleaned properly. There was a rat in the vent and there was alot of disturbance because our room was attached with another room's bathroom. This is the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. I would recommend not going here. I REQUEST DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

At very reasonable price i got this suprior family suite in the heart of city... best location,best hotel and very co operative staff especially sweet and charming welcome by the reception manager Mahi.. i personally recommend this hotel to everyone

Hotel located at main hall bazar. . Golden temple, jaliawala bagh can be reach by walk. Overall nice stay at hotel. Hotel reception staff specially ms mahi was very cooperative.

Hotel staff was very helpful and hotel was clean. Rooms were good. Bathroom had hot water facility. Overall very good

Reached hotel at 1. 15 pm, but the room was not vacant after lots of request and argument they have provided us a used darty room even the bed was also not ready after same request and argument they was agree to clean the room and bed. Finally we got a room after 3 pm. We was waiting outside the hotel with our 7 years kids. The receptionist lady said that " meru koi dos neha hay aap ka jo room book thi. Pehle wall customer avi tak room khali neha ki. Or agar room boy room ready neha ki to may kay karu" i answered that yes it was totally my mistake i booked room in hotel with full payment in advance. So it is my fault. Poor quality room and not provided welcome drinks also as the mentioned.

It was hassle free check in and staffs were so cooperative. Golden temple was near by area. Everything else was good

Check in time was late by them and small insects on beds and o dour smell

The hotel is located in hall bazar, approx 2. 5 km from golden temple. Dont fall for its good rating online. It is a small congested property with 1. Smelly rooms with no ventilation. 2. No parking facility. 3. Old trodden bathroom fittings. 4. No dental kits, accessories 5. Very poor room service. 6. No in dining kitchen. 7. No laundry services this is sort of couple hotel for spending a day's time, not recommended for people travel-ling as family or groups. 3-4 people are running the hotel and they are also doing room sevices like cleaning. They dont pay heed to customer requests as we have to face difficulty twice for getting the room cleaned even after requesting the same in morning. They do not clean on their own and make excuses. Insects such as coackroaches are running in washroom. Dont book if you can spend 2000 uprfont a day or want to ruin your trip.

Rooms are ok, hotel is average. Anyone can stay for two to three four days. Food is also ok. Nice stay

Perfectly located and comfortable stay in hotel crown. Walking distance from golden temple and market. Room size was big and 4 of us could easily stay in their family room. And it was quite clean also.

Great experience. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Rooms are cleaned. Very close to golden temple. Public transport very easily available from outside.

Location and rooms are good. Regarding food at hotel not up to the mark as they don’t have own kitchen

Room was ok but kitchen area and dining place at rooftop was not clean.
