Hotel Crown Palace

The rooms were damp due to which the beds and pillows were slightly wet and really uncomfortable in room no 206 and in room no 205 flush switch was not working in bathroom and there were no exaust fan in any of the bathroom,the rooms were cant be included in premium section it was worst exeperience for me and my family.

Rooms are good, parking good.staffs good..but...no proper management.. water finished in morning...stuck in toilet more than 1 hr..family came without bath.. telephone not working for calling restaurant or reception..

The hotel staff has very friendly behaviour, cleanliness is also good and the hotel location is a good place, market is available nearby, I think it is a very good hotel in this area.

I was staying for a few days in the Crown Placa. The hotel is a little bit hidden but easy to find. Restaurants of different quality and price are nearby. Attractions and parks are close. The complementary beakfirst was good and due to my wishes it became better and better. The rooms was nice

Tv not working

It seems they are not having restaurant and serving food from outside. Quality compromised.

The hotel is in calm & quiet area. The staff behaviour is cordial, the only drawback is the room with no clean bed linen & blanket & room & bathroom are not cleaned properly.

The service and behaviour was terrible

Bed, pillow, washroom room is not clean, staff is very unprofessional when i say change blanket cover and pillow then he says nhi ho sakta hai. Please unlist from your property list

Rooms are comfortable. Clean &hygienic. Good location for transport services. Family friendly environment

The blanket cover has a blood stain, we told the receptionist to kindly change the blanket but they didn't change. It's not a family oriented hotel, it's totally for couples. They are not maintaining hygiene. I don't have

That was too expensive according to price room was too short and the kitchen service is also not available. I asked for the ass tray and also asked for Handwash but no one responded also I asked for wifi password but there is no any wifi.overall experience was worst

Ac was not working, there was no proper staff to address any issue of consumer only security was there. After raising issue to receptionist, he came and start saying ac is working but in actual only blower was working. There was signal in tv, no electric kettle, foul smell in room. Even that receptionist carry small liq-our bottle in his pocket and when i asked that liq-our is prohibited in bihar then he start smiling and ignoring what i asked. Overall it was very unsafe for me to stay there. Won't believe how make my trip has business tie ups with such property. I believe make my trip is only concerned with money making and no service for customer.

Need improvement in professional work

Location of property is very good. This is for budget traveller going to patna for 1-2 days stay. Food from hotel restaurant is good. Room hygiene was average. Staffs are very polite.
